I really like him and his staff. He is super nice and very confident (and competent!) but he's not going to coddle you ;) His wonderful staff are great at comforting and reassuring and lovely Vanessa gave me her cell number to call her for anything. They looked so sad getting me ready, they knew how painful it was.. ugh lol. And Dr Maloney went above and beyond for this procedure, being very meticulous and making more passes and touch ups that made a 30 minute procedure about 70 minutes. I am really excited to see how it comes out! Dr Maloney also called me twice last night to make sure I was okay and if I had any questions. That level of caring is so appreciated and appropriate imo, and def one of the reasons I chose Dr. Maloney. Plus the results, well, we will have to wait and see, I know the full correction takes about 6 months, but I am very confident I will be pleased.

At my consult I really felt like we were on the same page. He seemed excited to rejuvenate my face. He is qualified, personable and kind.
Finally Scheduled Consults and had surgery to fix my 60 YO Droopy, Baggy old eyes and I couldn't be more thrilled!
When I went on my final consult with Dr Maloney, I knew he was the one. Ended up having facelift, neck lift and fat transfer along with the eyes. That review is here: http://www.realself.com/review/tucson-az-facelift-ready-for-act-ii-facial-rejuvenation-for-my-60th-birthday From beginning to end (including yesterday, but that's another story ;) all of my interactions with Dr Maloney have been very positive experiences and I was fortunate to heal amazingly fast! Dr Maloney and his staff are wonderful! Very caring and easy to talk to. I kept contacting with all kinds of questions and they were so nice about giving me all the info I needed to be comfortable with the process. Very positive experience, highly recommend! I don't see any stars, but if there were, it would be FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I am SO HAPPY I did this :)

Dr. Maloney is a highly trained and respected plastic surgeon. He is personable and friendly. I always felt like he really cared about me.
I've been in talks with Dr. Maloney and his assistant for a few months now. He is very informative about the cons and pros. Lindsay, his assistant is very nice and she has answered every of my crazy questions. What's great about Maloney is he actually comes down to Sierra Vista (1.5 hour drive) just for consults and pre ops. Talk about convenient!
I’m going to Dr. Maloney of Tuscon Arizona. I chose him because they were nice enough to drive down to Sierra Vista for consults and pre op exams- better than me having to do the 3 hour total trip. He was very nice and upfront about the pros and cons of implants. His assistant Lindsay has been amazing as well. I email her the most random questions and concerns and she replies quickly.

Dr. Maloney is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who asked. He is so professional and also very friendly. His work is phenomenal, it really shows that he went to Harvard. The incision lines are so clean and I don't have "dog ears". His staff is so personable, it really seems like every time I come into the office they are happy to see me. And they are available 24/7, even if you have a stupid question (which I had a lot of). I am so, so glad that I chose Dr. Maloney instead of looking for someone in Scottsdale. I regret nothing, and would go back and do it again in a heartbeat. There are two reasons I gave less than 5 stars in 2 categories. First reason: One time I scheduled an appointment with someone at the front desk, came in for the appointment (with a card written by the office confirming I had an appointment that day and time and after being emailed to confirm the date and time as well), and was told that my appointment was scheduled for 2 and a half hours earlier. I had to make another appointment for about a week later. Second reason: They told us that insurance would cover everything, and although we did ask if there were any exceptions or things we could know, we were called a few weeks later to tell us we had to pay $1200 out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover the axillary part of the surgery. Luckily we were prepared for that. And then about a month and a half after surgery we received a $900 bill because the leg compression mechanisms they put on me during surgery weren't done by a company covered by insurance, which we also weren't told. We are appealing that with our insurance company currently. But overall, I am so pleased with the experience.
