Do I Need a Prescription for the Eye Drops That Help with Droopy Eyelids After Botox?
A: Drops for droopsYes you need a prescription. You can use something less expensive than Iopidine. You can have your doctor write for a prescription of 1.25% phenylephrine drops (the usual concentration is 2.5%). These are the same drops eye doctors use for dilating eyes but at a low concentration, they will elevate the lid with minimal dilation of the pupil.
Can I Get Almond Shaped Eyes Without Having Surgery?
Hello. I have big, rounded eyes. I always wanted to have almond shaped eyes. The outer corner to be slightly slanted upwards. Is it possible to achieve that look without having surgery like canthoplasty and use Botox or some any other kind of injections? I am afraid of having a canthoplasty. Thank you :)
A: GeneticsThe only way to have almond shaped eyes is to be born with them. Surgery to gain this appearance usually does not work.
I'm Having Difficulty Swallowing Within Minutes After Botox Injections.
I've been receiving botox injections in my forehead area every 4 mths for 11 Yrs without a problem until this year. Within minutes after injections I'm having difficulty swallowing. I don't understand why this would affect my swallowing since the only area I inject is my forehead. Could it be possible I might be experiencing some sort of reaction after many years of use?
A: It isn't the BotoxHi Regan,
This is probably anxiety more than anything. Botox would not affect your swallowing muscles within minutes after injection, especially since the injection was in your forehead.
