I chose Dr. Repta for his reputation throughout the medical community. I was also extremely impressed with his professionalism and depth of knowledge. He is a genuine doctor that treats his patients as if they were his own friends or family expressing a vested interest in helping them achieve their desired outcomes. He strives for perfection while making the experience for his patients a smooth and comfortable one. After seeing and consulting with many different plastic surgeons there is no one else I would go to. I would highly recommend Dr. Repta to anyone looking for an exceptional surgeon!! His talent, attention to detail and genuine concern for his patients and their outcomes has far exceeded my own expectations and what I experience on a daily basis working in the OR. I was referred to Dr. Repta by a friend after dealing with multiple complications following breast augmentation from different surgeons. I live out of state and was able to email Dr. Repta's office. I received a quick response from Dr. Repta himself with an in depth email detailing what could be the causes of my complications and possible solutions. I was very impressed with his thoroughness. I flew to Arizona for an in person consultation where I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Repta took the time to really listen to my concerns and address each one. He was and has continued to be very transparent with me about practical solutions, possible complications and realistic outcomes. Since my surgery, I have continued to be impressed. Dr. Repta's follow up has been great and anytime I've had a concern or questions he is always quick to respond. Overall my favorite thing about Dr. Repta is his "we" approach. He really makes everything feel like there is a vested interest on both sides and you're in it together. I find this a rare quality in today's medical field. I'm thankful for all that Dr. Repta has done and his office staff has been great throughout the process as well. I would refer any of my friends and family to him without hesitation.

After considering and researching breast augmentation for years, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Repta. After my initial consultation, I felt immediately at ease and confident that Dr. Repta was the physician (and artist) for me. After my consultation, Dr. Repta made my husband and me feel at ease with his professionalism and comfortable bed-side manner, paired with his knowledge and experience in the field. (He’s the type of person that makes you feel comfortable with entrusting your healthcare.) He invested the time to understand my goals for the procedure and thoroughly explained the options available to me. Dr. Repta’s follow-up care commitment surpassed my expectations. I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and breast lift with Dr. Repta and the results are so much better than what I was anticipating. I still get giddy looking at myself in the mirror. His work is nothing short of perfection. The incisions are perfect, paper thin, and perfectly symmetric. He has a great bedside manner. I really felt that he was trying to give me the tools to make the right decision for myself as opposed to selling me a procedure. His care before, during, and after my procedure was so seamless and thoughtful. His staff was terrific and together with Dr. Repta they made the entire process a terrific experience.

I have the great fortune to have discovered Dr. Remus Repta. I was in a very bad automobile accident in my early twenties and had previously undergone multiple surgeries to correct the injuries I sustained. The surgeries were complex and required a full forehead flap procedure and over 25 subsequent surgeries over a 20-year period to give me some semblance of a nose. The results were acceptable, however, not aesthetically pleasing and still gave me a great deal of uncomfortability with my appearance. Dr. Repta took the utmost care and caution in considering how to improve upon my previous result. We discussed the risks and carefully planned a phased surgical plan to minimize trauma and avoid the potential problems associated with a delicate revision to the reconstruction. I have just completed the first phase of the refinement surgeries and am extremely pleased with the results thus far. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Repta. He is a highly skilled, compassionate and caring physician. I am certain that the remainder of the procedures will continue to improve upon my overall appearance and most importantly, my confidence. Furthermore, I have had other surgical procedures performed with Dr. Repta and he has exhibited the same level of perfectionism and acute skill to achieve the best results possible. I did a doctor search and I found Dr. Repta here, I really didn't know if I was ready but after much consultation with friends, family and even spiritual advisers I decided to go for it. Once I made the decision it went so quickly. I met Dr. Repta for a consult, he is very personable, immediately made me feel trust and ease. We discussed my options, he gave me his opinion, I told him what I was looking for and I didn't know when I wanted to do it, that was right before Christmas, after the holiday I called back to find out when he was available. I think Dr. Repta is a genius! Would recommend him to anyone!

I read lots of good reviews about this doctor here on RealSelf and on a lot of other websites. After interviewing a couple other doctors first, I had my interview with Dr. Repta for my tummy tuck. I really liked him as a person right away, he gave me a good feeling about his attention to detail. The surgery went well, no complications, and his aftercare is superb. I almost never have to wait when visiting the office. My belly button is quite small and may need some more attention, but he reassures me that it can be resolved.

Like everyone else reading this, I did my online research then followed up with an office visit and was impressed from the beginning. Dr. Repta and his staff were personable and prompt. Never did I feel rushed throughout my visits. His knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable when selecting him for my breast augmentation. I chose Dr. Repta based on his comments here on RealSelf. I was able to schedule an appointment with him right away, and had the procedure done less than two weeks later. Dr. Repta has an amazing bedside manner, answers all questions thoroughly, and made me feel like I was his only patient. The surgery went off without a hitch, and recovery was very speedy. My post-op appointment was fantastic, Dr. Repta again answered all questions and gave me some wonderful advice. I am so very glad that I was able to have Dr. Repta as my surgeon, and would not hesitate to refer anyone to him, nor to see him again in the future.

I started going to plastic surgeon consultations with a quite a bit of nervousness and I did a lot of research on the plastic surgeons I knew that I was interested in and I quickly narrowed my choice down to someone that made me feel very comfortable, really listens to my concerns and takes the time to answer all of my questions no matter how minor or even a little silly (because I did deal with anxiety regarding the surgery and general anesthesia). Overall, I can't say enough good things about this doctor, he is very talented and I really think that if you are going to be doing your initial consultations in the Phoenix area this doctor should be on your list!

Dr Remus Repta is one of the nicest people on the planet and an amazing surgeon. Everything from the get-go prior to my consultation communicating with office staff, to the consultation, surgery and post-operative care was of the highest quality. Highly recommend. I gave Dr. Repta 5 stars because he exceeded any expectations that I had. I went to many plastic sugeons before I decided to have Dr. Repta perform my surgery because he was the only one that made me feel like I really was a person than a number. He spent time explaining and answering questions about the procedure.The entire experience was great. Dr.Repta and his staff were very courteous and professional from the initial consult to the post procedure visits. I will be returning to Dr. Repta for further procedures and I have recommended him to all my family and friends.

The office staff is personable and professional - I have never had to wait in the waiting room more than a minute or two. Dr. Repta is patient, kind and genuinely concerned about your goals, outcome and how you feel. He has an amazing bedside manner that is not found with all doctors. I had to reach him a couple days after my surgery with a question, afterhours. He promptly returned my call on a Saturday night and allayed my concerns. The after care plan he puts in place is impressive and he remains consistantly available, one on one, with the patient for questions and answers.

Dr. Repta and his staff are very professional. I had my ears pinned back as well as ear lobe reduction surgery. I consulted with Dr. Repta and we both came to an agreement and what my ears should look like post-surgery. Dr. Repta is truly a craftsman, my ears turned out exactly the way I had envisioned and the way we had discussed. I am ecstatic with the results, nobody could have given me better results than Dr. Repta! To top it all off, Dr. Repta has amazing customer service skills. He was very kind during the consultation and gave me a very good feeling about the surgery from the moment I spoke with him. Dr. Repta was exceptional from the consultation to surgery and then follow-up. He listens to your cosmetic goals and makes suggestions (never trying to upsale the procedure-unless it was abosulutely necessary). As a reconstructive doctor who does cosmetic surgery, I can say that it reflects in my results. I did fat grafting under my eyes and a mini-brow lift. It looks natural and the fat grafting under my eyes eliminated the dark sallow (raccoon eyes) that I hated. I also did the CO2 laser and, again, am very satisfied with my results. I rec'd talented surgery and great customer service from both Dr. Repta and his admin and nursing staff. I am/would refer family and friends to him!

Dr. Repta was the second surgeon with whom I consulted. The first doctor was slick, but Dr. Repta was real. I am a 42yo woman who has had two children. I am also petite. My belly was out of control and disproportionate to the rest of my body. Having fantasized about a tummy tuck for years, I finally went for it. From the initial consultation to each follow-up appointment, Dr. Repta was kind, gentle, considerate, and concerned about my wellbeing. He also turned out to be an excellent surgeon. I am so thrilled with the results of my surgery. Three months post, I am sporting a bikini with pride. Scar aside (and I am told it will fade significantly), the results exceed my expectations. A little anecdote about Dr. Repta: I was in pre-op, scared and crying like a baby. Though I knew I wanted the surgery, I was frightened of the pain and, of course, any calamity. Dr. Repta sat by my bed and assured me that everything that was under his control was, in fact, in control. He sympathized with my fears. And I stopped crying and went into surgery with confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Repta to anyone considering a tummy tuck.

From the moment I met Dr. Repta I knew he was the plastic surgeon for me. I found Dr. Repta after researching realself.com and other breast augmentation forums. I was impressed with his education, experience, and excellent reviews from other patients. I didn't find one person online who had a dissatisfactory experience with him. I had consulted with many other reputable Scottsdale plastic surgeons and was dissatified with their lack of information and/or their arrogance. I educated myself and researched this procedure. I wanted a Dr. who would answer and confirm my questions and the pro/cons of a lift and the options of implant types and shapes. Dr. Repta is truly what I hoped and dreamed for in my quest for a plastic surgeon. He suggested what I would need to achieve my goals (a lift and implant placed sub-muscular). He explained and simplified the procedure. He then answered my 2 page long questions I had written without ever making me feel rushed or annoyed! Dr. Repta was extremely patient whenever I went through indecisiveness on implant type and size. He wasn't a Dr. who pushed to go bigger, like many plastic surgeons do. We discussed my wishes for shape, look, and cup size and he continued to guide me. I booked my surgery for two weeks later. His office staff was professional and kind. They promptly answered emails. If your considering plastic surgery of any kind I would highly recommend Dr. Repta. Research your options, book consults, and I believe it will lead you to the best decision I made~choosing Dr. Repta! I will post my post op photos as soon as I get them in his office.

As far as the rating it is based on my objectivity and he followed through with each aspect of the treatment and the aftercare. My itention was to find someone that I can trust with the procedure and Dr.Repta surpassed any expectations and I fully trusted in his capabilities and profesdionalism...And in addition his staff was extremely accomodating an pleasant to be around. professionalism. I was very impressed with all his staff as well. They made themselves available to me at any time. I believe I had all the information that I needed and even when I had questios I was being explained in detail... Dr. Repta was recommended to me by one of the surgeon techs that I know at John C Lincoln surgery center. She said he was one of the best. Of course, I still did further research online to see what others had to say and everyone LOVED him. I LOVED him as well. He was always polite, answered all my questions, told me exactly what he was going to be doing during the procedure, and made sure I knew I was in great hands. I couldn't have chosen a better surgeon. First of all, Dr. Repta is amazing. I absolutely loved having him as my surgeon. I couldn't have asked for a better one. Every appointment I attended, I was brought to the room, and seen by him in less than 5 minutes. I don't think I spent more than 30 minutes in his office the handfull of times I went. He was polite, always positive, and told me every little detail about what he was going to do during the procedure so I wasn't left with questions or concerns. The day of the operation, EVERY staff member I came into contact with was amazing. They were so comforting and reassured me that I was in great hands.
