unfortunately this is a common condition in pregnant women. First speak with a qualifed plastic surgeon and get an idea about options. I have used steroid injections very effectively in these cases. This is always done after a careful discussion with the OBGYN and patient in all cases. Direct surgical excision is also possible but often unnecessary. I had laser done as part of my face lift. The doctor said it would get rid of pigment on the sides of my face from sun.
