I am so happy with my results from my neck lift. Dr. Spies is very talented and personable. My experience has been so good. The procedure and recovery as been pretty smooth. It was a little tougher then I anticipated but I had no problems or complications. The scars in front of my ears look so good. Im using CVS brand Mepitac silicone tape and it made a huge difference in just one day with the incision under my chin. Im so happy I picked Dr. Spies and that I did it.

I cannot recommend and thank Dr. Spies and his outstanding team enough. From consultation to post surgery visits, they have been amazing. I am a female in my early 20's and it took my a couple of years to pull the trigger on the surgery. I am SO glad I finally did. Dr. Spies is incredibly thorough, kind, and patient. Him and his team made the whole experience all the more comfortable and the entire surgery including recovery was relatively painless easy breezy. I absolutely could not be happier with my results. My confidence has increased tremendously, I can wear all the clothes and swimsuits I have always dreamed of and feel so comfortable in my skin. Any young woman debating a breast reduction, pull the trigger and choose Dr. Spies! It will change your life.

Dr. Spies checked all my boxes regarding patient safety, experiences, and evidence-based practice, which he applies to clinical practice. I wanted quality results with my safety at heart. My whole experience from the consultation to the surgery center, along with an overnight stay at the surgery recovery plaza, was amazing. I had c-sections for two large babies (first was almost 11 pounds; second was almost 9 pounds). Needless to say, it did a number on my tummy. I'm a fit woman but nothing could fix my droopy, flabby tummy. After our nest was empty, I decided to explore a tummy tuck procedure. It was not an easy decision for me, and I consulted with a few plastic surgeons. I was not comfortable proceeding until I met with Dr. Spies. Dr. Spies spent over an hour with my husband and me, carefully examining my belly and asking detailed questions re: my health and what EXACTLY I was hoping to achieve with this surgery. He and his staff put me at ease ... and Dr. Spies' professionalism made me feel like I was in excellent hands. I had my surgery on 3/30/23. Wonderful surgery center, wonderful doctor, and wonderful nurses and staff. I stayed at the aftercare facility for two nights (I opted for a second night). Again, another great experience. This is not an easy surgery, but it's not horrible. There was pain, a very tight feeling in my tummy area (due to the muscle reattachment), and wearing a corset for 24-hours-a-day can be quite a challenge ... BUT SO WORTH IT! And the pain is very bearable (I did opt for the surgical painkiller that was administered to the surgery site before stitching me up). I took pain medication for 5 days and then weened off to Motrin and Tylenol. I cannot recommend Dr. Spies highly enough. I come from a family of physicians, so I'm a bit picky ... and I can say that my experience with Dr. Spies was exceptional. If you're considering a tummy tuck, make your appointment with Dr. Spies. You'll be happy you did.

After a few consultations I chose Dr Spies. There was no doubt in my mind after my one hour very detailed consultation that Dr Spies was definitely the one to do my surgery. I had to wait 5 months to get the surgery done, he is that busy. I absolutely love him his staff and his anesthesiologist. I had my implants removed a lift and small reduction as well as removing my bra roll fat. I am on day 4 of recovery and doing well. No pain just a bit uncomfortable, I am taking the pain killers. My implants were 15 years old and I was so over having big heavy breast. I am beyond excited with the results. My breast have gone from a 38DDD to it appears a D. I cant wait to see the final results! Not only does Dr Spies have a great bedside manner he is a perfectionist and an artist. He made me feel very comfortable the day of the surgery. Thank You Dr Spies and your staff at the recovery center!!!

My experience with Dr. Spies overall was a 10 out of 10! He was timely, educated, and professional which put me right at ease when setting up my endoscope brow lift. From the consultation, to the procedure, and post op, I was completely comfortable with minimal discomfort. I am VERY pleased with my results which exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Spies is amazing! He is gentle and very honest. He provides comfortable bedside manners and he even makes you laugh. Choosing Dr. Spies was with out a doubt the best choice! My results are wonderful and to be honest the healing process was not bad at all. I highly recommend Dr. Spies and his staff.

I've gone to Dr. Spies for several procedures over the past 10 years and have never, nor will ever, consider any other surgeon. Dr. Spies' vast experience, expertise, knowledge, and personal commitment to get things as perfect as can be, along with his genuine intention to make sure his patients are completely satisfied and happy, cannot be topped. He is a genius with the utmost integrity and ability. During my breast implant exchange surgery - !SURPRISE! - he discovered one of the implants we was removing had ruptured. With this new discovery, he had to spontaneously alter his original plan and perform quite a bit of additional work to compensate for the conditions the ruptured implant had caused. I can only say I am 1000% happy and perfectly satisfied with the outcome, let alone awed and amazed. Dr. Spies is simply THE BEST! Updated on 29 May 2022: In my original review, and I have no excuse, I totally neglected to rave about and praise how wonderful Dr. Spies' staff is, so I wanted to come back to make sure I do! My experience was only made better by all of them .. Bailey, Kari, Raquel, Carol .. and not in any order at all. They all ROCK! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease, comfortable and cared for. Just like I was one of their own :) At my 6 week post op appointment, once again, I left there feeling totally elated and happy with the results of my procedure and in awe of the amazing work Dr. Spies performed. He is a most humble, kind and caring doc ... They're ALL simply THE BEST!

From the first phone call, Dr Spies and his staff were caring, patient, and professional. I went in not knowing what to expect and feeling a bit out of my comfort zone, but they were so good to answer all my questions and give me time and space to make my decisions. When I decided on a procedure they were very clear on the process and what was needed from me as well going over the procedure details thoroughly so I knew what to expect before and after. The results have been almost miraculous and I'm so pleased with what Dr Spies was able to do for me. He's just the best and I'd highly recommend him for his skill and experience as well as his manner with his patients.
