I had gynecomastia surgery 3 weeks ago. Chest looks good relaxed, but my nipples and surrounding skin appear to be stuck to the underlying muscle when I raise my arms or flex my chest. What is the cost to fix this? Should my original doctor cover this procedure?

This may resolve with more time. Several months should be given and evaluated to follow the process. If it does not fat grafting can be performed.

I had Gynecomastia Surgery 4 day ago and I noticed today that part of my right nipple has a purplish/blackish color on it now. Is this normal?

This early one may be bruising. Vascular compromise is possibility #2 but your photo does not really indicate this is the case. Stay hydrated and away from tobacco products or excessive heat/cold and see your plastic surgeon.

6 years ago I had a breast reduction(with nipple graft) and a tummy tuck as a male after losing ~150 pounds and having excess amounts of loose skin that all consultations told me would probably not tighten up for an extremely long period of time. Between the two procedures 20-30 lbs of skin was removed. I plan on starting hormone therapy in the near future and I worry about the implications of the nipple graft may have (like abnormal growth, scarring, etc..) for my upcoming transition.

The answer depends on whether there is residual glandular tissue. The plastic surgeon that did your breast reduction would be the best persion to tell you whether residual breast tissue was left behind.
