I was told that if I took a Benadryl or Nyquil I would be able to fall asleep through the procedure. I decided to take 1 hydrocodone and 1 800 mg ibuprofen just in case and figured I could try to sleep. I did not have pain up until phase 3 out of 4 of the procedure. The dentist office that performed the procedure was great and so was the staff. My friend and I both did the zoom whitening treatment and we both experienced severe tooth sensitivity. I have bleached my teeth in the past with other products and have never experienced the same level of sensitivity. “Oh Yea! Definitely Worth It!”
The procedure itself was really nothing - no discomfort or pain. I had a few minor "zingers" during the evening after the procedure. They felt similar to what it would be having ice or something cold touch your teeth for too long. The pain lasted only a couple seconds each time. I'm very happy with the results. more
