There are really on two ways to increase the volume and projection of your buttocks. One option is silicone implants the second is fat grafting (brazilian butt lift). In a brazilian butt lift, the fat that survives will be present forever as long as your weight remains stable. If performed properly, about 75% of the fat that is placed will survive.

Infection from the fat grafting part of a brazilian buttock lift usually present itself somewhere between day 3-10 after surgery but this depends on how much of the fat is non-viable and what bacteria becomes involved in the infection. Fairly rare to see infection in the first few days and far beyond 2 weeks after surgery.

I am 25 years old, and would like to have breast implants and a Brazilian butt lift...I have previously (3 years ago) had smart lipo and was left with wrinkled loose skin, is it safe to have lipo again for the Brazilian butt lift, is it possible for them to fix the previous job in doing so? Also the doitng the implants at the same time? Thanks!

The combination of breast augmentation and brazilian butt lift (fat grafting to buttocks) is fine. The loose skin that you describe is not likely to improve with more liposuction since skin laxity will only worsen with more fat removal. However, if if you have contour irregularities because of the previous liposuction, additional liposuction can help correct these areas.
