Can Radiesse Be Used in the Same Area Where Juvederm Voluma Was Injected 9 Months Ago?

One cheek is flatter, but i am now in a location where Voluma is not available. Can we augment the flatter cheek with Radiesse? (which would be directly over the existing Voluma product). Or, would it be better to go with a different filler?

A: combining fillers

You certainly can  have Radiesse now. We use both of these on same day in patients all of the time.

What Qualifies Someone to Inject This Radiesse?

What should I know about a procedure and who is performing it before I get a filler (like Radiesse) in my face?

A: beware of the bargains

I tell patients to beware of the bargains. Only a qualified , well trained  plastic surgeon or dermatologist with a good eye should inject fillers. Many can be trained to inject but unless you can see where to put the product the result will not be optimal. Unless you know the anatomy well and are experienced with fillers you should not use them. There are many nurses , dentists and other less qualified individuals out there that are offering "bargin fillers". Be aware of who is treating you as this is your face and the filler will be around for a while.

Do Juvederm and Radiesse Have Good Results in the Hands?

Does using both Juvederm and Radiesse increase the longevity over just using Radiesse alone? How common it this treatment combo?

A: Radiesse is enough

Radiesse itself will give you a good correction and should last longet than juvederm. I see no reason to get complicated and use both. Use radiesse by itself
