I have the exaggerated peanut shape to my cheeks. Every photo I see of myself since this procedure shows a face that is distorted. When I smile, my eyes are pushed up. I have lost my face. The surgeon suggested I massage my face in hopes it would redyce some of this, but I see no improvement. He has also offered to use Kybella to reduce some of the fat. What are your thoughts on Kybella? Could it work? How risky is it? Im very concerned that Ill regret that too.
Hi Doctors, 30M here. I'm 3 months post facial fat transfer, and I'm not happy with the result. My face was a bit narrow and deflated. My surgeon and I agreed on the plan to put 10cc on each cheek to give me a baby face. But after healing, my face is puffy, bulkier and wider. This makes my face more muscular, which is not what I wanted. Do I need to wait for more time before I get any treatment to get rid of the fat? Will waiting longer make it difficult to remove/reduce the fat graft?
I've been reading about Mesotheraoy, Kybella, Cool Sculpting, Lipolysis, Ultrasound Massage, Radio Frequency. I had Fat Transfer to my face. I am very unhappy with the results and would like to have it dissolved.
While there was the swelling you could not see the dimple at all. The plastic surgeon told me over a few months some fat would go away. It's only been a few weeks and my chin dimple almost (not completely) looks the way it did before in certain lighting. What do I do. I paid good money for this and it is disheartening to see it return after just a few weeks.
I'm very unhappy with the shape of my face. My chin is very long and weak and I am unhappy with the lack of symmetry my face has. I see so many beautiful structures faces like Kim k and Megan fox. My confidence has been very low my whole life and I have always felt my face is too masculine. When trying to research a surgeon I don't really know what to look for. I'm very confused and need a professionals opinion and what I should be researching.
I had fat transfer to the cheek area and unfortunatly too much was placed above Zygoma area (cheek bone). I have protruding humps for cheek bones. I am reluctant to send many photos as I do not want some people to see me looking like this. Can this fat be removed? It has been over a year and I feel like the fat is not going away. The fat was taken from my abdomen. I have not gained or lost weight. What is the best way to remove this?
I had a tiny bit of fat in my marionette lines 6 weeks ago, it has done nothing to fill the line but looks irregular and bumpy when I smile on the right side, and looks like there is a small bulge below the line. Will it likely reabsorb over time because of all the movement in the area, what can I do to fix it massage, steroid, 5fu or just wait?
