Facial Fat Transfer + 2 Months Post-op Q&A

I am a healthy 38 y/o woman, 5'3, 145 lbs. looking to correct facial fat loss from a single treatment of Morpheus8 that resulted in a considerable amount of facial fat loss. It has been 8 weeks since the procedure.

I had a facial fat transfer almost two months ago. After 1 month my face looked great with much of the wrinkles gone, but as the 2 month approaches I notice that much of the fat is disappearing. Is this normal, and will the remaining fat grow more fat?

I am 34 years old and I have had fat injections under my eyes about 10 weeks ago. I'm really terrified with the results of the procedure and I want to know What my options are to be corrected? My ps mentioned that she put 3ccfat under my righteye and 2ccfat on my lefteye!! There is too much fat under my eyes and irregularities.I had the surgery in Turkey but I live in LasVegas. My ps rejected to correct her mistake. I need to find experinced Doctor to fix my eyes so I can start working again.

Fat graft seen through at tear troughs under lighting 8 weeks after injection. Any solution? Any my right eye still tight and sore and more bulgy than left eye. Is steroid injection risky?

2 months after fat transfer i went skiing and it was freezing cold. Can this harm the Fat cells which were implanted in the eyebrows?

I had fat grafting two months ago. I have a sausage like appearance under one eye and one small lump on the other eye. I would like to know by looking at the pics, which do not appear to be as noticeable in the pic, as if you were standing there looking at me, if this looks like extra fat, nodules or scar tissue? What would be the best approach to solve this extra lumps or skin? The rest of my face looks fine and smooth.

I had fat grafting to my face on Feb24, 2014, by now it has almost been 2 month. I was happy with the look after all the swelling gone down but looking into the mirror now, I feel most of the fat didn't seem to stay well. I lost the fullness of the forehead which is the most important to me. it makes me wonder does this say basically the transfer is not working or, it will come back after 3 months of time?

I'm a 29 female & received fat transfer almost 2 months ago into my temples. Most of the fat is already gone, but now there is a hard, noticeable lump in my forehead, a few inches above the outer portion of my eyebrow. I tried firm pressure to flatten it out, but it only looked more swollen somehow. Did pressing on it make it worse? Will it go away on its own? What do I do? I'm also confused over why there would be a lump in my forehead when I had no fat transferred there.
