Hi there I have lower lid retraction following a lower bleph in the eyelid approach and a skin pinch. I am 6 months post op. My eyes feel terribly pulled down from the inside and outside. Ive read and heard lots about orbital rim implants to help the projection and to bring tissue up onto the implant by top doctors. are these implants customizable in volume? What is the least volume one would get with an orbial rim Implant when executing a retraction repair? Thank you
I am 64 years old and The procedure consisted in repositioning the fat under my eyes. My eyelids are still very pulled down and swollen. I am really worried as I do not feel any improvement.I went to the ophthalmologist who said I had an inflammation and prescribed some drops. Is what I am going through normal?
I want to know if it's possible to move eyesocket forward for someone who has deep eyes. I posted a similar question, but I got mostly response and other solution. What I want to know is not if I need it, I'm gonna see it in time. What I wonder is if it is possible, and how? Thank you
I had a lower lid skin pinch done 5 days ago and my lower left eyelid has pulled away from my eyeball. There has been little improvement to this area since the surgery and I'm starting to get concerned that something may have gone wrong in the surgery. Is this normal and if so, how long could it stay this way?
I am 15 days post surgery and my right eye seems to have ptosis. The lid partially covers the iris and the difference is pronounced when looking up. When I look up or laterally, I feel a pulling sensation on the outer side above the right eye. Left eye is normal. I see little visible swelling now. Could it be the result of a mistake during surgery that damaged the levator? If so is there a way to correct it and how serious is it? Not scheduled to see PS for another 2 wks.
I am a 37 year old male. I recently had an eye infection and the doctor pulled my eye lid down for perhaps a good 6-8 seconds to check the infection. Could this cause my lower eyelid skin to sag or stretch? I'm worried. I know the skin there is very delicate.
