Female, 5ft6, eczema prone and extremely dry skin, a bit overweight at 80kg. Ive suffered with very dry sagging skin on left upper eyelid for a couple of years now and its gotten worse due to a couple of bad eczema flare ups around my eyes that have made the skin age prematurely (Im 29). My brother passed away suddenly few years ago and I think this has aged me too. Would I be a good candidate for an upper blepharoplasty or would something like a Botox brow lift be better? Thank you!
Hi! Ieczema on my eyelids for the past year, not particularly severe but theyve swelled every now and again and been dry. I did have a couple of days where I hesitantly applied a mild steroid , although this was minimal application. Im not sure if this has anything to do with my problem or just a coincidence. Anyway, recently Ive noticed one eyelid feeling watery and heavier than the other and lid looks bigger. Is this ptosis or something else? What are my options?
I have developed what I believe are denni-Morgan lines over the years from allergies and eczema. My conditions are now under controlled but I'm still left with these severe bags/lines. Im 27 years old what are my best options to treat these? What specific specialists should I seek out? I have provided pictures with my eyes while smiling and at rest.
I am only 28 but have suffered years of allergies and eczema which have left me with permanent Denny-Morgan lines and other fine lines under my eyes. My eczema and allergies are finally under control and Im looking to improve the lines under the eyes and possibly help to tighten that area up. What are my options?
I was born with ptosis (horner syndrome) on the right eye. I had surgery done for this a long time ago (the eye with the hooded eyelid is the eye that's been corrected). Two years ago I suffered from eczema for a while (worsened by steroid creams) and I'm still recovering from this. The eyelid on my ''normal'' eye is very wrinkled (and not hooded, so very assymetrical). And how would you make my eyes as symmetrical as possible? Thank you.
I am 18 years old for as long as i can remember ive always had these bags under my eyes. I dont know if it was due to my eczema or allergies from pollen. But what ever i do they do not go away. When i press it down it feels like bubbles popping.
All of my life I have had allergies and eczema. This past summer though my usual allergies seem to have subsided. In May I noticed red, flaky skin above my eyes which later spread to the bottom. I treated it with Glaxal Base lotion but now am left with these awful folds under my eyes. I have been sleeping adequately, the dark circles have been there almost as long as I can remember. I feel ugly.
hey, im a 20 year old with under eye circles and wrinkles. I dont know if this is caused from Eczema since i was a toddler which caused me to even now excessively rub my eyes and round my eyes. its actually quite distressing even when i try to cover the discolouration with concealer it usually just leaks into the creases so i usually am never happy with my appearence. is there anything i can do about either the discolouration or deep set lines?
THE FAT in my left eyelid keeps disappearing. Literally everyday it looks dramatically worst than it did the day before. I have eczema on my eyelid and i ACCIDENTALLY USED steroids for years!! ANYWAY I stopped using the cream a long time ago and its just continuously getting worst. I've been applying EYE GEL that's suppose to help repair the skin. But IT LOOKS SO BAD NOW! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. My left eyelid is now starting to pull skin from my nose.
