Hello, 6 months after my eyelid surgery it seems that my eyes appear asymmetrical. The left eye (on photo) has a more rounder look as the doctor took away more skin and probably fat there. Do you think the results are fine or am I too picky?
I am 6 months po lower blepharoplasty. I now have very dry eyes. It was a transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty, canthoplasty and canthopexy. I have come to realize after taking a video in slow motion that both my eyes are only blinking part way. I have seen one dry eye specialist and it was confirmed that my both my eyes are not blinking all the way so the lids dont meet. Is there any hope this could resolve?
Hi, I had an upper blephoplasty procedure 6 months ago. Looking at the right side of my face - the crease seems to be jagged. Could this be rectified in a revision? I don't think there's much more skin to remove - but I would just like it to look a bit neater. My surgeon is removing the excess 'bumps' or 'dog ears' on either side on my eye's in his office in a months time - would he able to fix this at the same time?
Hello. I had a canthopexy 6 months ago I noticed that my eyes became round again and the corners of the eyes drooped. On the left side in the corner of the eye, I feel a subcutaneous suture and tension, and a visible scar formed in that place. Can I have a second operation to lift the corners of the eyes and how soon?
Last year, I had developed herniated fat under my eyes + some volume loss. 6 months ago I had a lower blepharoplasty + fat transfer. My surgeon never explained to me risks of dark circles/hollowing. However, 6 months after the surgery with all the swelling gone, I now have permanent dark circles from hollowness. Why did my surgeon remove so much fat? If it was necessary, why didn't they transfer in more fat to compensate? Surgeon said it was in my head and couldn't see what I meant.
I had a lower blepharoplasty done almost 6 month ago, I developed a hardened area about black pepper size after 2 weeks inner corner of right eye which my doctor treated with little steroid injection and it helped but it's didn't go away completely. I also have prolonged swelling below underage area which is not going away. My doctor said it'll slowly go away with time. Is there anything that can help ?
Hello, Ive had an upper blepharoplasty 6 months ago, but the outer corners of my eyes look strange. They look droopy and downward and it looks like and arch facing downwards has been formed. I know Ive had inner stitches too and in the first weeks post-surgery my eyes actually looked quite lifted. What could be causing this? It does not look nice at all
Asian Male, did lower bleparoplasty nearly 6months ago to remove under eyebag. However, my eyebag muscle (area under eye) gotten much darker, and seems to be bulging. Would like to know what is the cause of this symptoms and what are my possible options here.
Feb 2021 I had upper bleph. I had a scar that extended 1 & 1/2 inches past eyelid on one side where incision separated. Also, too much skin was left resulting in sagging. Had revision Dec 2021. Incisions were too high with an indent. Instead of lasering the original scar he decided to re-suture. Now I also have scars. What are my options to correct these issues? Thank you in advance for any help. This wasn't the wonderful experience I had hoped and saved for.
The left eye shows a lot more skin on the eyelid than the right and the left eye itself wont open as much as the right. I was told by the surgeon that it would be too risky to try to fix it. Is there anything that can be done? Do I have to undergo the full procedure again or can i just had a minor correction? What would that involve and what are chances of being able to correct it?
