I am currently two months post-op after rhinoplasty, a chin implant, fat transfer, and buccal fat removal with Dr. Gurkan, and it has been an extremely positive experience. The buccal fat removal created a more sculpted look without any harsh hollowing and the fat transfer also achieved exactly what I hoped for.
