Recently, Dr. Bhrany had performed my face and necklift, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. He did an amazing job helping me look younger. My face is still my own, but the clock has moved back a couple of decades. Dr. Bhrany and his team talked me through every step and did not push me into doing anything beyond what I needed to be happy looking in the mirror. I would very highly recommend this skilled and compassionate physician to anyone looking to feel like themselves again.

Dr. Bhrany is an amazing surgeon who I highly recommend. He performed reconstructive surgery on my upper lip five months ago and did a fantastic job. My upper lip is symmetrical again and there is no evidence that can be seen indicating surgery was performed. Dr. Bhrany and his teams are extremely professional, attentive to detail, responsive, friendly, and want the best result for the patient. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Bhrany and am so grateful to have him as my surgeon.

Dr. Bhrany was recommended to me by a friend who is also in the cosmetic and plastics industry. I was able to get a quick appointment when someone cancelled. At this point, I had already seen multiple docs and immediately felt like Dr. Bhrany spent the most time with me and that I mattered as an individual in the process. I had researched but didn't know what kind of questions to ask. He explained things carefully and thoroughly. When my surgery day arrived, I felt comfortable again in the OR, felt like he had solid practices, we covered by surgery plan again before I went under. I was VERY nervous after the surgery, which was the day before a holiday and had some follow-up questions over the holiday weekend. He responded, even called me to talk through them which I felt was very patient-centered. I was still very nervous about the outcome since it is hard to know what to expect under a bandage (I had a septorhinoplasty) but when the bandage came off I was completely speechless. I love the result, it is natural and more than I could have wished for. Dr. Bhrany is a wonderful surgeon.

Got a rhinoplasty, was an amazing experience! I am so excited about the results and was such a smooth surgery. Had very little swelling and irritation after the surgery and bounced back very fast. Super pleased with the surgery and how quickly I was able to get it!

I originally visited Dr. Bhrany to correct my deviated septum and ultimately decided to undergo a rhinoplasty as well. From my first appointment, I was very impressed with the breadth of Dr. Bhrany's knowledge. He thoroughly explained the structure of my nose, why I was having difficulty breathing, and the purpose of the septoplasty procedure. When I inquired about undergoing a rhinoplasty as well, Dr. Bhrany answered all my questions and helped me visualize the changes I was considering. I am very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Bhrany as my surgeon and to undergo both a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty. Now, almost one year post-op, I can breathe significantly better and am much more confident with the appearance of my nose. At the time of my surgery, I was in school out of state. I scheduled my surgery during the summer when I was in Seattle. Throughout the next several months, Dr. Bhrany and his team worked with my schedule to make sure I could be seen for post-op appointments when I was in town. They also were available via phone when questions arose in between appointments. Dr. Bhrany and his team were knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating. I felt comfortable with my care throughout all stages of my treatment and am very happy with the results. I would recommend Dr. Bhrany to anyone looking for a septoplasty or rhinoplasty procedure in the greater Seattle area.

I work in the film industry but spend lots of time in the Seattle area, which is how I found Dr. Bhrany after consulting with several doctors in Beverly Hills and Seattle in regard to a neck lift. Dr. Bhrany instantly became the runaway favorite not only because of his kindness, attention to detail, and wonderful insights but also because of his staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and willing to make the elective surgery experience go as smoothly as possible. Dr. Bhrany specializes in helping his patients look their best without looking like they've gone under the knife at all. My surgery was just ten weeks ago, and the compliments are pouring in. I ended up having a neck and face lift, and I'm very happy I did. Along with the physical results, I love the psychological ones. Finally, I look as good as I feel. Even post-surgery, Dr. Bhrany and his staff are available for any questions or needs. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was referred to Dr. Bhrany by the head of dermatology at a major clinic in Seattle. I was actually interested in a facelift, and she said that she is very risk adverse, and that he was the only person that she would feel completely comfortable with. When I was at the consult with Dr. Bhrany, I mentioned the fact that the bridge of my nose had progressively started to bulge out at the bottom, like something was collapsing. He investigated and found out that my septum was highly deviated, potentially causing both physical symptoms and the aesthetic look of a big hump on my nose, where it hadn't been before. It was one of those things where you didn't really notice looking at me head on, but when I saw a side view of my nose, I thought, "What is going on here, this is awful, it keeps getting worse!" I had also been coughing for over two years, diagnosed with "nonallergic rhinitis". Dr. Bhrany recommended and performed a septorhinoplasty. He rebuilt my septum and fixed the exterior appearance of my nose at the same time. With a septoplasty, they have to graft cartilage material from your rib, ear or a cadaver to build up the septum. I had so much excess cartilage in the supratip of my nose that he didn't have to obtain cartilage from any of those areas. I ended up with a beautiful straight nose, and my coughing has almost stopped completely ! Huge win for me in both ways. Dr. Bhrany's staff is wonderful, this is a first class operation, and all of the positive reviews I read here really match from what I've experienced. Most important is that Dr. Bhrany is a perfectionist, he is extremely skilled and does the absolute maximum to give you the best possible outcome. I am very grateful and happy, and when I get the courage to do a facelift, I'm going to ask him to perform it.

Excellent plastic surgeon! I had a lower face and upper lip lift in July 2022 with awesome results. Very natural, I look almost the same, but at least 15 years younger! Dr. Bhrany is very professional, caring and listens and explains very well. His staff is amazing as well. From preop to postoperative, nothing but perfection. Highly recommended!

My experience with Dr. Bhrany and his team was and continues to be amazing. I requested a consultation with him for a neck lift and/or liposuction based on multiple recommendations from other (equally reputable) providers. I had finally lost a significant amount of weight after the birth of my son (….seven years later); but, I still had a notable chin that was due to loose skin and would not likely go away without some sort of surgical treatment. This was confirmed by Dr. Bhrany, though he carefully walked through the pros/cons of each non-surgical/surgical option and didn’t push me in any particular direction (or decision for treatment at all). I ultimately decided on a lower face/neck lift given that a solo neck lift wouldn’t likely achieve the results I wanted. And I decided very easily on Dr. Bhrany at my initial consultation for a whole myriad of reasons – previous recommendations/reviews, before/after photos of his other clients, medical training, his particular skill set/care style, etc. I was not disappointed. Once I decided to pursue this procedure, everything was organized so wonderfully. Dr. Bhrany’s team is exemplary. The whole practice is so welcoming and knowledgeable; and, their patience/responsiveness was super appreciated. All of their services were bundled into one payment, which was super convenient and inclusive of very, high-quality/attentive service. Dr. Bhrany even provided his personal cell phone number for any questions/concerns after my surgery. This was in addition to frequent check-ins by him and his staff to make sure that I was recovering well. But the most important thing to note is that I’m so appreciative of the outcome. My close friends tell me repeatedly that I look ten years younger (and I can tell when they’re lying), my skin looks better than before (an unexpected result), and I can actually pull my hair back into a ponytail without feeling self-conscious. My husband jokes that I’ve allowed more photos to be taken of me in the last month than I cumulatively have in the seven years since our amazing son was born. And a friend of mine booked her own face/neck lift procedure with Dr. Bhrany having seen me only two weeks post-surgery. Having this significant of a cosmetic surgery is a very personal/big decision, so I really appreciated how patiently and thoroughly Dr. Bhrany addressed my questions/concerns. I knew immediately after my initial consultation that he was the right surgeon for me and that I would be in good hands. His team further corroborated that opinion – they are absolutely wonderful. Long story short, I’m very happy to have made the decision to get this procedure and I owe it to Dr. Bhrany and his team.

Dr. Bhrany is amazing at what he does but it’s his staff that makes this place so special. All of the nurses make me feel like I’m at home and the ambiance of the place is very clean and comfortable. I get all of my services done here for that reason!
