I was an out-of-town patient, and Dr. Richards, Dr. Boman, Misty, CJ, Alisa, Stephanie, Kimora, and the entire team provided excellent care from my consultation through recovery. Everyone was efficient, attentive, and genuinely kind—I felt supported at every step. I’m now two weeks post-op from a tummy tuck, breast lift, and breast augmentation, and I’ve been feeling great. I’m already very happy with my results and excited to see how everything continues to heal and settle. I've been getting my Botox from Rebbie for a few years now, and have had a couple other procedures from Dr. Richard's office. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rebbie is the best! She is listens well, offers sound advice, and helps me look my best. I look forward to seeing her each time. Scheduling is quick and simple, and there are often deals/discounts. I highly recommend this practice.

The entire process from consult to post-op appointments, there has been good service and he certainly does a great job for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend to others. Dr. Richard’s office and staff were both amazing! Jordan did my Botox recently and was wonderful! The office location is ideal and was beautifully decorated! Jordan was thorough and went over everything with me. I’m on day three of my Botox and I can already see the magic it’s working! I will definitely be returning to Dr. Richards’s office.

Came in and saw Jordan. Was so nervous I was shaking. He was exceptional. I did filler to address my jowls and he was so conservative and easy going. Im rounding the corner to 50 and haven't messed with my face but am so thankful I trusted him. It was so easy and I feel so natural- just a tiny enhancement.

Dr. Richards is the greatest of all time and the staff- Cadia, Paul, CJ, and Dr. Boman are top tier. I trust them completely and have been blown away by their care during two separate surgeries. Everyone I’ve encountered in office- from the front desk staff to Katy and Jordan, have all been kind, informative, or delivered impressive results. Traveled from Hawaii to Las Vegas for my breast augmentation & breast lift with Dr. Richards and I am thrilled with my decision. Several friends recommended him after their own great experiences with his practice and now I can personally say I received the same great care and experience. Such great staff, an inviting/relaxing space, and excellent prep/day of/and post care. My procedure was so quick and fortunately my recovery was not difficult at all --- literally no downtime. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone. I was also able to print and fill out the new patient forms before I even got too the office. Jordan did a great job with my lip filler. I will definitely return for another treatment.

Misty, Dr. Richards’ medical coordinator, went above and beyond for me—something I will never forget. Her coordination was seamless. She provided a clear, detailed pre-op checklist and walked me through everything to expect. All medications were sent in advance with easy-to-follow instructions, which took away so much stress leading up to surgery. On the day of surgery, the entire staff made me feel incredibly comfortable. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Dr. Richards personally reviewed everything with me before the procedure to ensure I felt confident and at ease. After surgery, the care I received continued to exceed my expectations. The team was so attentive, helping me to my car and ensuring I had all the support I needed for a smooth recovery. My follow-up appointments were pre-scheduled, and Dr. Richards personally called to check on me the evening after surgery—providing his direct cell phone number for any concerns. My recovery took a bit longer than expected due to how my body was healing, but Dr. Richards and Misty were incredibly responsive every step of the way. They even made time to see me after hours to ensure my healing was on track—something that truly shows how much they care about their patients. Dr. Richards never missed a call, a text, or an appointment, and his entire medical team was just as attentive, always providing answers and solutions when I needed them. The scheduling team was equally accommodating, working with me politely and professionally to adjust appointments as needed. Their facility is immaculate—clean, beautiful, and professional. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease and in good hands. Dr. Richards has impeccable bedside manner. He’s detailed, knowledgeable, and a true professional in every sense. I trust his work, his expertise, and most importantly, his care. Both he and Misty have left a lasting impression on me, and I couldn’t be more thankful.
