New dental crown next to an implant clown is making a clicking noise when I push with my toung back and forth, sort of popping effect, feels lightly loose when pushed back and forth with my fingers, should it be replaced and how do I explain it to my dentist who says everything looks just fine?
3 years ago I got crowns on my front 2 teeth, I was getting annoyed with porcelain veneer as my black dead tooth kept showing through. But sometimes I feel a very subtle click and grating of the cement, when I press my tongue against them. I'm not pleased with the colour - in day light, they definitely look yellower than my natural teeth!! Should I get the original dentist to re-do them (a fight on my hands) or spend double the money and get them done again? How do I know they'll be any better?
I had 6 new crowns on my front teeth 2 mo ago that are now starting to separate in front and slightly uneven. The crowns on one side are now lower with each cap a bit lower than the next and easily noticed when I smile. They move & pop back and forth and get stuck on top of each other and it hurts when they pop back in place. Feels like my teeth are exposed a bit in the back. Touching the crowns are extremely sensitive. Is this normal? Been unable to get return call for appt from dentistry group.
I had my four front teeth crowned two weeks ago. After the permanent crowns were fitted, everything was great for the first week, but now I constantly feel a clicking or slight back and forth movement when my tongue touches my teeth. The crowns seem to be well fitted but I am not sure what the movement is an indication of. I also feel some light tension, similar to a feeling of having braces taken off. Are the crowns still settling in?
