My doctor was fabulous. He made me look even prettier than I am. Its all in the mind on how you want to look and be. I just didn't like my pouch!!! Thats why I had it done for me..

I love my new look but had recently put on 10lbs since my surgery 9 mts ago. What exercise and diet should I do and be on to lose the 10lbs. I look good but I do see achange. what to do dr??? I also noticed some fatty deposits at the top of my waist. Help

I would love to know if any docters answer you. I am going in for a TT in June and I am already concerned about weight gain. I would like to maintain the TT also. My sister had one 7 years ago and she kept it great for 3 1/2 - 4 but now with her age (43) weight has crept back on. But of course not the 11 inches of skin she had removed. ;-) Basically she went up a size in clothing.

all the ans. from thr drs. were true its just doing it nothings easy-- I went to a gym and started an exercise program on the machines, treadmills, bikes etc and they have trainers to help you along and give advice I love going there and am going 5 days a week 1+hours each day no results as yet but I hope to be determined this time as Im going on a trip soon to see some olds friends after 32 yrs. want to be a knockout.
