Radiesse Is Great, But It's Key Where You Do It and Doc's Experience With It

WORTH IT$1,800
Ok, here's the deal. I am a 35 year old female who has had Radiesse to fill out lost volume in cheeks and in upper N/L folds by nose. The first time I did it was with my fancy NY plastic surgeon. He numbed me in through my mouth with a block and then injected Radiesse orally in my cheek area and then did my N/L folds from the outside. I looked like a monster in my cheek area for about 1 1/2 days because the bloc had so much liquid in it, it distorted the effect for a bit. By day 2 I loved it! My cheeks were beautiful, but slowly started do disappear. Not good when spending 1,800! That was one month ago. Since then, I have befriended a doctor who teaches other doctors on how to use it, and I was offered free Radiesse if I could be her teaching model! Lucky me! I did it today. The doctor that did it injected me without a bloc and my cheeks look great, straight out of the office, unlike last time. The pain isn't that bad. I would much rather have done it this way! She injected me from the outside. She also touched up one side of my N/L fold that is a bit deeper than the other. I wish it would stay this way, but even she said that injected in the cheeks goes away quicker than in the N/L folds. She's right. The rep that was there from the company said that putting Radiesse in the lips is NOT a good idea. It could get bumpy. I wish it would forever, but at least I got a break this time!
