I have used Opalescence for about a year and love the results. It is effective at taking away those unsightly coffee and tea stains, leaving you with a bright smile. Do ask your dentist for a prescription for flouride gel. This applied and allowed to sit on your teeth for about 20 minutes prior to and after your bleaching helps to alleviate sensitivity.
