Does Zeltiq hurt? What are the risks? Does it depend on how much suction/temperature doctor uses as to if there is bruising/pain afterwards? Can Zeltiq cause nerve damage? Cause Other problems? Can the suction pressure be controlled by the dr? Is the Bigger suction more painful than using 2 smaller suctions for the stomach? Pre/post treatment care? How long has it been being used in the states? in Europe? What are the complications?
I had CoolSculpting done on my flanks 2 weeks ago. The procedure was extremely uncomfortable and afterward, I was in so much pain I was on the verge of having the office call an ambulance. I really thought I was dying. While I'm still very bruised, the swelling has subsided however, one side of my body is clearly smaller and shaped different than the other side. Will my 2 sides eventually even out, or is this an indication that I'm now going to be uneven?
Hi. Thank u for your time. I was expecting the CoolSculpting treatment to take an hour per area but the esthetician only did 10-20 minutes per application explaining that I didnt need more than that time, I had my lower back, arms and stomach done. She also explained that different areas of the body needed different times of treatment, like the arms only needed 10 minutes of treatment. My arms were very bruised after the ten minutes.
Going in for CoolSculpting on my double chin. I'm 22 yrs old and 120 pounds. the nurse told me what I have is a pocket of fat from genetics. Not sure what to expect out of this procedure- recovery wise. Is it a bad idea to do it the first week of December if I have plans the following weekend? I don't want to look noticeably swollen/worse. I can handle bruising but of course I don't want to be noticeably bigger in an area I'm already self conscious about. I am just eager to get it done!
I am 5,2 and 100 lbs. I had a muffin top, and a little bulge on my abdomen. They were able to fill the suction cups but put the suction up to 65 instead of the recommended 50. I experienced some feeling initially like bruising (although there was no visible bruising), but now have no feeling at all. I also do not have any sensation at the top of my legs.
I had CoolSculpting on my flanks done yesterday. I am very swollen... almost feels jiggly when I walk... because it is still numb. I am VERY bruised. Im not in any pain... just sore from bruising. I want to help my body recover so I am drinking lots of water, using arnica, ice for swelling, and a compression garment. I was wondering would cardio help since it increases blood flow or cause the area to swell more? Any healing tips would be appreciated.
Both sides are hard and swollen, the bruising has gone down but the areas are still tender, inflamed, red, hard and warm. Pain was so bad day 1-6 I went to urgent care and they put me on prednisone and Vicodin for a few days. I got it done at ideal image and went back for a check up, they said it could be PAH but its very uncommon to have it happen this fast. Has anyone had a similar situation this early post treatment? Did it resolve?
