Im 23 and have had fat transfer under eyes last year as I had deep set hollow under eyes. The results went well but I would still like to tighten up under one eye ever so slightly. Ive seen videos for co2 when the laser hits and the skin shrinks. Is that permanent shrinkage? If so will co2 help my under eye. Also, I have darkness under my eyes that makes my eyes look more hollow than they actually are. The dark line casts a shadow on my under eyes. What can I do to get rid of it? Are there any lasers that can lighten it?
Does laser treatment work on fairly extensive areas? A large portion of mostly the right side of my neck is covered with eruptive syringoma that occasionally get itchy and irritated and always look like I have a red rash. I also have a few under my eyes. They are dermatologist confirmed to be syringoma. Looking for prognosis and cost to treat.
I am adding a picture and wondering about which laser I should use to tighten under my eyes (erbium or fractional CO2) or just Tca Peel. I have seen 3 doctors about performing a lower facelift and need to make a selection however each suggests a different skin treatment for under my eyes. one want s to just do a strong TCA peel and another wants to use an aggressive erbium laser. the last one wants to use his fractional CO2 laser. I am 60 and have good skin for my age but also want to make the most of the fact im being sedated. would love to know pros and cons and which would be best.
I had the ellman surgitron radio frequency treatment done by an oculoplastic surgeon surgeon to remove a vein under my eye. It was a huge mistake as it left acne like pock scars. The doctor told me it would possibly leave pin point scars but this is way beyond that. My confidence is now destroyed and when I told him how I feel he said life happens and to see a therapist. Is there any treatment to help these scars? I have tried micro needling and need something more but afraid of tissue damage
I would like to understand if CO2 laser would work on my under eyes. I looked into tear trough filler but I don't think it will give me the desired results (altho please let me know if I'm wrong). I'm reluctant to look into lower blepharoplasty as I had upper and it didn't heal great. I have scarring and also a lump of scar tissue on my eyelid that I hate so I'd be worried the lower would heal the same and be more visible Thank you!
Not sure if this qualifies as bags, but under my eyes they're puffy and the skin feels thin and loose. It's worse when I'm smiling, as pictured. My eyes are big, and while it has been this way I notice it's worse as I get older (I'll be 30 soon). Aside from under-eye filler, what else can correct this or improve it? CO2 laser? Not sure if I want to constantly get threads.
I've been told by 1 PS that I'm not a candidate for a skin pinch to remove these wrinkles under my eyes when I smile b/c there's not enough skin and that it's also not advisable to do skin pinch eyelid surgery so young- my age is 42. Would you agree? Would CO2 laser in this area tighten up the laxity enough for a much smoother result? Just wondering if there's anything to fix this or if I'll have to wait a few more years until it's worse so there is enough excess skin to correct. Thank you.
I keep seeing before and after photos from other PS Centers where only 1 treatment and the results are outstanding. And I continue to read that most patients need only 1 treatment. I was pretty swollen for about 4 days, and the pinkness/redness was gone after about a week. My skin peeled on day 2 and peeled for about 2-3 days total. I SWEAR I see more fine lines now than before I had the treatment. And the skin seems to be pulling in toward my inner eye making more lines?
Hi, in November of 2022 I had a Co2 ablative laser treatment + fat transfer done in New York. Fat didn't do anything but now the Skin in my under eye looks like this (see pics). I have this white mark which I think is Hypopigmentation and I really don't know what to do. It's affecting my day to day really badly. I tend not to go out / meet people as much cause I'm very conscious about it. What was supposed to be an improvement turned out to be a nightmare. Are there any solutions to this?
