I have been told that I have very thin skin under my eyes and the darkness I'm seeing is from the underlying muscle. My skin is tight and not saggy so doesn't need tightening just thickening. Would co2 laser help? I'm already doing dermapen and would appreciate any other helpful suggestions.
It started about one month after the treatment. I noticed my whole face looking tan and it was the dead of winter when I have minimal sun exposure. It soon became clear that it was the treated area getting darker. The untreated areas around the eyes kept their normal skin tone. I also still have vet fine grid patterns that have not totally faded. What could the darkening if the skin be and how could it be treated? Should grid pattern be gone? Doctor advised continual sunscreen.
I had pigmentation on my cheeks so after consulting with a dermatologist I was recommended to have CO2 fractional laser. I followed all the pre-treatment medications prescribed by my doctor but after my laser from the 4 day my skin has become more darker then before.I am following all the post treatment medications prescribed for me. I am also trying to avoid sun exposure but sometimes I do have to go out and I use sunscreen with spf 50. Please help I am worried.
I had four kenalog injections for a keloid.Although it has flattened my skin texture is still puckered dark and overall looking terrible. One derm told me that CO2 will work well but the skin will turn very dark and I have to purchase expensive creams after. What other laser/anything else would be beneficial to me?
