Im 31 years old and have noticed I have developed a bit of fat under my chin and this has caused me to not have a defined jawline which I want. My face is usually on the fuller side. Underneath I think I have not so bad none structure but I need the fat taken out for this to show. Am I a good candidate for chin lipo and if I do it will I have any contouring issues?
Im 29F , 53 120lb and I had chin lipo in March. My surgeon said that my chin fat was minimal and I could achieve my desired outcomes with just chin lipo. It is now October so 8 months out and my chin looks worse than before I started . He keeps assuring me it will get better and has done a series of 4/5 cortisone injections but it seems to not be getting better at all. I am starting to freak out at this point. Any professional opinion would help.
I had chin lipo and platysmaplasty done over a year and a half ago. I have had 4 laser treatments on my scar which has helped soften if but I still have dog ears. My main concern is the skin sagginess. Im 34, my neck should not look like this! Are there any further treatments I can do to tighten that skin? Do I need a revision? Im nervous about a revision as my first recovery was not easy and I do have some scar tissue remaining under my chin.
