Hi! Like many, I've been wanting to improve my side profile as it's an insecurity. I do believe I have a slightly recessed chin. I definitely think I have a steep jawline/gonial angle. As the title suggests, I am wondering which treatment option would render the best results: chin implant, filler, or submental lipo? I have had braces in the past due to a diastema of my two front teeth as well if that helps. Thank you in advance!
My face is weirdly structured and does not look aesthetically pleasing. Will chin implants help with this? If not, what procedure(s) should I consider getting?
My chin is fleshy and the overlying soft tissue is disproportionately larger than the underlying bone. When I smile, my chin pad pulls downward creating a witchs chin deformity. The chin elongates and a deepened submental crease develops. (hyperdynamic chin pad ptosis). I have seen many options to correct my chin: - submental excision, flesh removal, & tuck - sliding genioplasty - chin augmentation: implant to support weak/under-developed chin. I would like to elongate my chin a little bit and fill in this groove under my lip. Im not sure what would be the best option for me: filler injection, facial fat graft, or chin implant to help me achieve my desired results.
I've always felt like something was wrong with my side profile, but I still can't place it. It looks like my chin is recessed, or perhaps I have an overbite, but all of my family members say it looks fine. Am I just being delusional? What could be the issue, and what can be done to make my side profile look better?
Hello ,I'm considering enhancing my chin to achieve a more squared profile, but I'm hesitant about the impact on my labiomental fold. I've heard about both custom chin implants and genioplasty as options, but I'm unsure which would be best for my desired outcome. I'm looking to avoid increasing my labiomental fold further. Any insights or recommendations on which procedure might be most suitable for me? Thank you in advance for your expertise
Hi - I am back almost a year since my last Q&A.. and I have been able to lose about 30lbs and counting which has greatly helped with my goals. However, I am still very aware that my side profile is not where I'd like it to be. There were a lot of great suggestions on my last post - but they were also all over the place. From fillers to a deep plane neck lift.. I'm not sure if the work I've been able to do would help give a clearer answer as to my options? I am worried about fi
