I have a weak chin and loose skin under it (despite being only 20). I considered getting a chin implant but i don't want to make my chin look longer from the front because I already have a thin, long face. Will a chin implant make my face look a lot longer than it already is?

My chin implant is too big i think? I got a chin implant 3 years ago and i feel like it makes my face too long? Not sure if this chin implant is too big for my face. My surgeon i remember told me he put a small chin implant but i am not sure. If you look on the side it kinda looks too big. Im thinking of removing and getting a much smaller one.

I got a tiny face, my chin was a bit weak so i ve done a chin implant ( large ) but the surgeon has cut the wings to make it smaller! Problem is my face looks longer, i hate my face now i do like the volume but it looks like the implant placed a bit lower that why my face looks longer Now Im asking if i swap the large to a medium implant , does my face will look longer? I dont know which shape and size to choose to get the volume without the getting a long chin
I'm 18 years old and I know that I'm young still. However, my face is long and masculine looking, I've noticed my chin/jawline looks very long and big, especially when I smile. It doesn't help that my mouth is very small as well so I was thinking maybe lip fillers would reduce the look of the size of my chin/jawline as my lips are very thin. Overall, I have very small eyes and a long nose which also doesn't help the size of my chin. What surgeries could I have to reduce the size of my chin/jaw?
I have previously had maxilla widening and advancement which helped balance out my midface and to correct my bite, but I'm still not happy with the overall balance. I am considering rhinoplasty to decrease the height of the profile as well as fix a deviated septum, but I worry that will also make my chin look extra extrusive.
Ive always hated the shape of my long face especially my huge forehead. Ive been reading about ways to give the appearance of a shortened face (maybe more oval or heart shaped). Lowering the hairline would be out of my budget. Would a chin and/or jaw implant be recommended? Or maybe Juvederm voluma fillers in my cheeks? *I do not want my forehead to appear any longer*
I believe I have a very asymmetrical face. I have been a mouth breather since a very young age. I have told doctors in the UK but they refuse to even talk about it. From what I have researched, I believe have the typical symptoms of a mouth breather like facial deformities, receding chin, malocclusion, impacted wisdom teeth on the lower jaw, long face, sad, tired and depressed appearance, flat cheeks, weak jaw, forward head posture. Am I right in seeing this or have I got body dysmorphia?
