I recently had rhinoplasty and submental liposuction done. I had jowls before but i think this has made me focus on them more. I have been debating doing a chin implant but i am wondering what other procedure may work or if its best to do a few different procedures. I did not have lipo done along my jaw line so i am wondering if that would also help.
Ive had jawline and chin filler once before and it was horrible done and I had a stranage reaction. Would I benefit from a chin implant, mini neck lift, fat dissolving injections, or threads? As you can see by the pictures the front view of my chin is uneven, and the side looks like I havent got a jaw or chin.
I have included a recent photo that was taken which shows the severe asymmetry around my chin/jaw. The shape of the lower part of my face has always bothered me, and no matter what i cannot seem to improve the way that it looks naturally. My main concern is on the right side where my jaw appears to have jowls. For reference, I am a healthy under-average bmi and have been at much lower weights and still had this appearance. I attached an edited photo showing my ideal jawline/chin
I am in my 30s with slight jowling taking place. I had buccal fat removal done 2 years ago and I feel like the skin is starting to sag on my jawline. Im looking to get a chin implant to give me the same projection Ariana Grande has, as I would like my face/chin to look like hers.
Hello doctors! I am looking for chin implant options for recessed chin + saggy jowls post buccal fat removal. I have a recessed chin and jowls. Jowls came after buccal fat removal over a year ago. I believe I need a chin implant but I fear it will widen/masculinize my face even more. Do you think a pre-jowl style implant would be to masculine? I'd like to have a narrow elongated chin to help slim my face. Thank you for your help.
Hello. I'm 31and have developed noticeable marionette lines. I feel they're caused by these fat pouches around mouth/chin, called perioral mounds.. I was considering a prejowl chin implant as I do have a recessive chin and thought the extended wings of the implant could maybe help with the marionette lines?
I am a female considering chin augmentation. I have a small face and some early jowling. My doctor recommended a Mittelman pre-jowl chin implant, small. Ive read that for women an extended anatomical implant is preferred. Is there a major difference between the two implants? Worried my jaw will look too square/boxy
This is the result following a 2nd procedure (1 month after initial), to realign a wing that jutted upward above the jaw-line. The photos are 2 months post-op, and now at 3 months, the puffy jowel and crevis remain. Needless to say the depression is overwhelming, and I avoid the mirror like the plague. You can see (photo) how only the corrected side is affected, and btw, the 1st procedure didn't produce this result. They say it takes 6 months to fully heal, but this appears out of the ordinary.
