I had a chemical peel done 4 years ago in 2013 by an esthetician. I want to say it was called the A peel but can't find any information it. She told me she used the lowest strength because I had an event coming up. The peel left a permanent sunburn look underneath my eyes with redness where the peel was on my cheeks. I have had microneedling and IPL done to try and diminish it but nothing has worked. I also recently started retin A, will this make it worse? What can I do to help this go away?
I was in an accident 2 years ago and my back got injured badly, I was left with hyperpigmentation scars that aren't fading. So far I've only tried tretinoin. Do I have any options, or is the pigmentation too deep for a chemical peel/laser to be effective?
Im 40, Ive used tret before and started again 5 months ago but have noticed my pores are more prominent on my cheeks and face has tiny lines, not wrinkles. Is this temporary? The rest of my routine is really gentle. Should I add something ? I use Hyaluronic acid and moisturisers etc. please help , thank you
I went to a dermatologist, a little over a year ago to have a chemical peel on my chest and arms. I was under the impression that she was going to start with a lighter peel, but when we finishe, she told me I was treated with a 30 percent TCA peel. After healing, my arms still look blotchy and the pigment is uneven. I am topically treating with teritonon, and HQ (8 percent). Are there any other protocols that would be good to try?
I got hyper pigmentation after chemical peeling .. it wasnt too much brown patches but it really get me annoyed.. My dermatologist gave me a formula of Hydroquinone 8% Kojic acid 4 % Tretinoin 0.1% And he told me to use this formula on the darker patches just before bedtime. And to use skinceuticals vitamin c & e in the daytime + sunscreen. I have used this formula 3 days and the patches are very irritated so i stopped using it for 2 days till now. Photos attached.
Hello. Last July I was using tea tree oil on my face and I noticed it removed the smile lines that my makeup always sunk into so I continued using it more in that area. Eventually the skin in that area flaked off then a week later it was BLACK. I recently got a chemical peel and it seems the spots got darker. Im using tretinoin for the hyperpigmentation which is kind of helping but Im just scared and annoyed at myself that this may be permanent.
Plz help me I have hyperpigmentation spots in leg due to chemical peeling burn from July. I user many creams that contains tretinoin, hydroquinone, ascorbic acid and glycolic acid. The color becomes lighter but it still existing What should I do My wedding in the next month

Today still red patches that I hope just turns brown and then skin falls off but I'm a little worried...is this a burn? What can I put on it? Is tretinoin okay?
