Hi! I'm 25 and underwent buccal fat removal in February of this year because I always wanted a slimmer face, before this became a trend. I requested that this be done modestly and that only about half of the buccal fat pad be removed, but unfortunately, I think more was removed. I am now noticing sagging nasolabial folds appearing that I haven't seen before. Is the buccal fat removal the cause of this? And what are ways to reverse this, other than filler? Can this be fixed?
What can be done for my oblong face with recently sunken undereyes/cheeks, prominent nasolabial fat (malar fat) only around nose (which bothers me the most), perioral mound fat and little bit of chin fat which is obvious only when I look down.(I had cheek and undereye filler 4 years ago, feel like it is not resorbed and gone down, but my estetic dermatologist doesn't believe it can be residual filler from so long ago).I have no static wrinkles. When I smile the hollowness disappear.
When I am not smiling, my nosalabial creases are not really noticeable at all. However, when I am smiling, they become very prominent. As do my marionette lines, the cheek fat above the creases becomes very round and filled looking. And my side cheek fat also becomes more prominent. I have heard that facial lipo or buccal fat removal could help. Any advice?
Lower third of my face looks droopy. I don't want a inner jaw but just look more symmetrically balanced. Any suggestions. I've always had more fat in the lower third of my face, and it often appears in photos in nasolabial folds, or tired/droopy mouth. The fact the I have tired looking Monolids doesn't help either haha. Recommendation appreciated for the type of surgery I should consider for my jaws. Looking into buccal fat removal, chin lipo, Botox around nasolabial area etc.
Ever since I was a child I had chubby cheeks. However my chubby cheeks have always been on the front of my face. I wouldve always desribed this as hamster cheeks. Now with weight fluctuations I feel my nasolabial fold is very pronounced, its not a wrinkle. It is an area of extra fat that only exists on either side of my mouth and chin. However I am not sure what type of procedure I would need to have to get rid of this fold, since its not an aging issue.
Im a 27 year old woman of a healthy weight with one cheek that is very chubby and undefined, near the nasolabial fold. My left cheek bone has nice contour and Id like to have the right look similar. Would buccal fat removal be the best way to treat? What other options are there?
I have lost a bit of weight (80 lbs) and now weigh in at 115 lbs and im 54. I thought the big chubby face would slim down but not as I wanted. I still have these massive chubby cheeks and my face looks so puffy and large. Deep nasolabial folds and wide cheeks and jaw. I think my lower face is to long and wide. That combined with my small eyes and big nose do not look good. Ive looked in to buccal fat pad removal but do not think thats the only thing that I need. Please help me.
1) I dont want to ruin the youthful malar fat pad. Does the nasolabial fat pad exist in ISOLATION? Some facial fat photos online show the nasolabial fat pad as SEPERATE. Its right below the malar fat pad. In other photos, it's PART of he malar fat pad?! 2. Is the nasolabial fat pad key for looking young? Will I look HIV+ if I removed it? Btw... Filling in the nasolabial fold would NOT help me look *CHISELED*!
I'm wondering what can be done for the large amount of fat on my inner cheeks, i.e. on each side of my nose. There is a lot of it and it creates very large naso-labial folds. Fillers helps a bit but there's too much fat for fillers to be truly effective and the indentations each side of my nose are very ugly. I would not risk lipo there and I doubt that any doctor would want to do that anyway. Are there any procedures left to consider? Thanks
