I asked this question in a different way already, but the way I asked it made it unclear what I wanted to know. I'm trying to decide if I should do a corrugator resectioning during my upcoming brow lift. My concern is that it will leave me with an unnatural appearance which is what a different doctor told me (not the one performing the surgery).
My eyes have a hooded appearance, which often gives the impression of being aged and fatigued. After consulting with multiple doctors, opinions diverge: some recommend a brow lift, while others advocate for eyelid surgery. Supporters of the brow lift argue that opting for eyelid surgery may cause my brows to droop further. I'm contemplating a temporal lift but remain uncertain about it. I include my photos (about 20 years younger of myself)
I'm about to get a brow lift, and the doctor is suggesting a corrugator resection because I have very strong corrugator muscles. I'm torn because I had a different surgeon advise against it saying that it will look unnatural even though my corrugator muscles are strong. I'm not sure what to do. The surgeon performing the surgery thinks I will still have some movement after despite the resection, but she'll do whatever I feel most comfortable doing.
Im wondering if I should get a brow lift or an eyelid surgery for my eyes which look angry or unawake. I can temporarily fix this problem by forcefully pulling my eyes up with my forehead/eyebrows to look more awake.
I am a 43 y/o F and have chronic migraine. I started getting migraine botox a year ago, which has been very effective, but now my eyebrows always look droopy. (Not 100% sure if it's from aging or the botox, but it def started when I first got the botox.) Would a brow lift be suitable to deal with this? I'm tired of looking angry all the time. I cannot stop getting the botox as I have migraines 20+ days out of the month without it.
Hello, Im researching and Im about to have a brow lift at 24, my eyebrows are very droopy and my eyes are going down as well. I have a consultation tomorrow with a doctor but Id like to know from other doctors if there is any long term bad thing that can happen in my face after I will age, will the rest of my face sag and the lifted part will remain as it is?? I tried all kind of nunsurgical solutions threads Botox filler but it didnt work.
Hi, I lost fat in my forehead after a radiofreqency treatment. The muscles are showing and the brows look a bit lower. Can you have both a brow lift and filler to make the forehead look more even? If so, in what order would they have to be done? Thank you :)
If you are to get an endoscopic brow lift essentially are the wrinkles on your forehead smoothed out and taut? So if one side is taut and not displaying smoothed skin and the other is smoothed out what does this mean? If I had an endoscopic brow lift and I needed one side to be fixed up more is that possible? Or is it recommended to just have it completely redone? Finally, can I receive an endoscopic brow lift and a hair transplant ? if not how much time do I have to wait? MINIMUM
I can clearly see I have excess skin but I'm not sure if the better resolution would be a blepharoplasty or just removing the excess skin. I always look tired with these eyes and when I apply eyeliner it gets smudged on the upper eyelids.
