I received a breast reduction in Columbia January 20 20 , I have been receiving severe neck and head pain only on the left side of my body since the surgery , every other day till today 3yrs! There is a small (Pea) size bump in my neck the at site of the pain that was not there before the surgery. I had a postop infection on my right breast, and was treating this before leaving the country, and the surgeon wanted to remove my implants, but I did not due to pandemic closing country. Diagnosis??
After having kids I was a 36H. Got my BMI down to under 30 as suggested by my doctor to prepare for breast reduction, I'm now 163 lbs and 36G. I think I'm ready for pre-op but now having thoughts on how much to have removed. I've been a C cup or bigger since 12 yrs old. Wondering about how many grams should be removed to alleviate back pain, shoulder pain and headaches without going too small and not feeling like myself after surgery. My surgeon has not been too helpful at size estimates.
I'm 23, 5 foot 3, 140lbs, and my bra size is 34G, I have constant neck and back pain, and headaches. I have also had a child shell be 2 in September. I do plan on having other kids. I have Tricare, through my husband and through the va. My breast have always been on the bigger side but ever since I had a baby 2 years ago my breast went from a 32D to a 34G and I didnt breast feed. I also now have arthritis is my lower back. Do you think Ill pass on tri care standards or is it a waste of time.
I'm 19, currently a 30F/32E, depending on sizing. My breasts feel disproportionate to my stature at 5'2 and 115 lb. I have a lot of unexplained neck/shoulder/back pain and headaches. I feel like I look much smaller than is average for the procedure. Would I be a good candidate for a reduction? And would a physician generally be willing to take me on as a patient, or do I not really have enough tissue to be removed, assuming I wanted to go down to about 30C?
On my 3rd day post op, I woke up with a pounding headache (which I never get). It lasted all day, and I noticed that it got worse when I sat/laid down in certain positions. Any idea why this could be? Is it from the percocet? Or from my back hurting from laying on the couch? I slept in my bed last night and woke up feeling a lot better.
I am 29 years, 52, 125lbs, and I am a 36DDD/36E. I have been having huge back and neck pain issues along with headaches all the time. I have been thinking about getting the Breast Reduction surgery. Is there anyway that I can go from a 36DDD/36E to a 36A? I mean I wanted this surgery for so long. I would want to be a 36A. I dont want to compromise that. I know they say its recommended not to go that small. But if I am paying for it, then I want what I want. Is this possible?
I am FTM and currently seeing a therapist and I am on hormones prescribed by my PCP. I have Medicaid (CareSource). I also have documentation going back a year of me having pain in my neck shoulders mid and lower back regions & extreme headaches because of my F cups. Since I am FTM transgender my biggest dysphoria are my breast and I want to do whatever I can to have more of a masculine chest . if I got qualified for breast reduction depending on the surgeon Can I just get the mastectomy

I use a 42 DD. I have been working out to lose some weight. Gone down from 265 to 230. It's getting harder over the years to continue to work out when I'm in constant back pain , neck pain, headache and shoulder pain. Using bras or sports bras my breast line is constantly tearing and burning. Will Medicaid cover a breast reduction.
I had a breast reduction 11 days ago. I told the surgeon I wanted small breasts because of back/neck problems and headaches. He removed together 540grams. Im recovering well, and the cuts are really nice. But I still feel my breast are the same size, and I wonder if they are just swollen? They feel hard and tender, but no pain. I'm scared I have to go through it all once more..
