Hello , I am a 47 year old African American woman. 6'0 ft. tall ..240 pounds and I have very long sagging breasts that's causing pains throughout my upper body ..like my neck my back and my chest..My breast are a size 44 DDD, I have had a few consultations with the surgeon saying I am a perfect candidate for the procedure,the problem is insurance won't cover it saying that for medical purposes they'd need to remove more tissue than the surgeon recommended.what do I do now?
I had a breast reduction in 2008 that left me with thick dark scars. I went back to have a scar revision in 2009, but the scars are still bad. I'm wondering if I need to keep up with steroid injections ( I believe the doctor who did my scar revision injected the site once during the surgery, but i do not want to return to him for anything else). Ive also been looking into cosmetic tattooing to camouflage the scars. I am very unhappy with them, Please help!
I'm 28 years of age, black, female, 5.7 and i have accessory breast in my right axilla. My friend removed hers but after a few days, there's was a hard lump in the area where the tissue was removed, it almost feels like a bouncing ball. According to her doctor, it will take some time for the muscles there to relax and the result to be visible. My question is, does it happen like that for all people, what causes the hard lump and how can it be treated?

I am a black female..who is 5'8 210 lbs, my breast are about a 40 DDD-E-F(somewhere in that reange). I am scheduled to have a reduction of 1000 grams...how much of a decrease in cup sizes would you say this will be and do you think this is extreme...I am worried that my breast will be to small for my frame...my PS says it will be okay for my frame...in your honest opinion what do you think? P.S...I am looking to lose about 20 lbs before the surgery?
I had a breast reduction about a month ago and they skin graft my areolas and nipples and when the dressing was remove from my areolas and nipples I had to put antibioic cream and a nonstick bandage on it,and when I change my bandage it would pull the burn looking skin off my nipple and areola and now it has pull off all the skin including my nipples.The skin is pink in color with black spots coming.So do this mean I want have any nipples and what can I do to have nipples again.I am african amer
1. I'm 5'8, 180 lbs, medium/large build, 28 year old African American. 2. My surgeon said my swelling is gone for the most part and he doesn't anticipate me getting bigger or smaller. 3. Had very fibrous/cystic breast tissue 4. Requested C/D breasts, but changed my mind to very large D before procedure.
