On my 3rd day post op, I woke up with a pounding headache (which I never get). It lasted all day, and I noticed that it got worse when I sat/laid down in certain positions. Any idea why this could be? Is it from the percocet? Or from my back hurting from laying on the couch? I slept in my bed last night and woke up feeling a lot better.
I just had a breast reduction on 3/26 3 days ago and was wondering how long I have to sleep propped up. Laying flat on my back doesn't hurt and being propped up is starting to hurt my neck. I haven't needed pillows under my arms either. Thank you in advanced for answers. I just want to make sure I won't cause problems or ruin results.
Had breast reduction on Tuesday 1/16. Am now 3 days post op. Yesterday I noticed that the bottom half of my right Areola was bruised and blotchy looking. Saw my PS later that day and he assured me it was nothing to worry about, as this breast had considerably more tissue taken out and had to be lifted more. Im still worried- today it looks like the rest of the Areola is more gray as well. I go back for my post op next Tuesday, but the waiting is torture. Does this look like necrosis?
I'm about 3 days post op and I still have the same stiff, thoracic back pain that I've had prior to my surgery. I'm a little frustrated, but maybe I should just wait it out and see if it improves because it's so early in my recovery. I think that I'll like my new, smaller size so I wouldn't say I did this for nothing, but alleviating this back pain was a big part of my decision. Any insight?
I am 3 days post-op breast reduction. No bowel movement yet. Appetite is down but trying to drink water and eat some Fruits and veggies through the day. Walking some but tiring easily. Should I be concerned? What is best to take if I need some help? Thx!
I have been lifting my arms to get lightweight things off of tall shelves. It did not really hurt. Felt kind of good. I am three days out from breast reduction surgery and I have an anchor lollipop incision. Went from a small D to a large A small B. I sure hope I didn't mess with my results, but I just didn't feel like it was a bad thing at the time.
