I'm 3 weeks post breast lift and the incision line up to the nipple is causing a "bit crack effect". One is worse than the other but both have it. Will this go away and do I need to be massaging it at this stage?

I had my breast lift (lollipop) done 2 days ago and noticed I do not have steril strips on them. I have the gauze over my breasts with tapes on. I would like to shower tomorrow but it bout steril strips I do not feel comfortable.
