I had a breast lift 9 weeks ago . It was healing well until I started working out again ( at about 6 weeks post op ). I think sweating under my breast is irritating the incision . It is under the breast fold only on my left breast ( which is my larger breast ). The right breast incision is fine . I wanted to know what I can do to help this heal completely?
I had my surgery on 9/28 Im about 7 weeks and now my left breast scars looks like I have a hold. My doctor says it is ok & Im just looking for a second opinion. Should I not used the silicone tape until those closed up & heal completely?
I am so upset over this. I am 7.5 weeks out and I am devastated that after getting a lift my boobs are still uneven. I always had uneven boobs. One bigger than the other and it look like my boobs still look diff after surgery. Please tell me there is hope. My left breast (your right) needed the most work as it was my biggest boob and its the one that looks the most deform now. My right breast doesnt have that crease under the boob.
I was 34c after BF for 2 yrs I ended up with empty saggy breasts . I went to ps for silicon breast implants only but he insisted for me to have 2 diff. lifts Benelli (375cc) and lollipop (350cc) to achieve better results or he wont do BA . Right after the surgery I noticed how uneven my nipples . He assure me it will improve with time. I been following instructions , still sleep upwards ,no salt, massage , not lifting my arms or weights . I am depressed i paid 9k not to have uneven breasts
Hi Im 7 weeks post lift no implants and have hard lumps one behind my left nipple and one long one under right breast. No pain but causing the left nipple to point out. Is it just delayed swelling or something else I dont see surgeon for another 2 weeks
I had a successful lift with no complications. Ive been wearing a supportive bra of some type all day and sleeping in a sports bra at night. Im feeling a little tenderness under my breast that seems to be coming from wearing an underwire bra. Can I give my body a break and sleep without a bra for a night? My incision is not red or swollen and Im using Eucerin moisturizer and Biocorneum twice a day. Thanks for your answer.
I agreed to 30-50% reduction but said I hoped it would be more like 50%. He told me that he took about 35%. 1st concern is the fullness in the bottom outside corners. At 7 week appt. today he okd me to wear bras. Surgical nurse said to wear an underwire 24/7 for the next 3 months. Will the underwire shape my new breasts better. Will they reduce more in the next 6-12 mags. Id hate to go through the time/cost again.
I had a lift and what I thought was going to be a reduction 7 weeks ago. I was a 36DD with no volume. I wanted to be a small C. I am measuring at 34D. Is it adequate to think this will be my final size? When is final size typically determined? My dr said I can now wear underwire but my boobs are hard and underwire isn't comfortable. But I'm mostly concerned with the size. Please advice thx How long does it take for final size after lift/reduction?
