I have been having some ticklish and warm sensations inside my breast implant which goes on and off since my augmentation in 2016. Left armpit is a lil swollen but lymph nodes looked fine. My oncologist ordered a breast ultrasound and everything looked clear except a thin layer of capsular contraction. Should I worry?
My left breast is more inflated/swollen at the top than my right breast. It looks like its being pushed up by a bra. Its soft at the bottom but a bit tight at the top. I went to my doctor and she said that the area for my implant is smaller so its squeezing the implant up. She offered to do a surgery for free, with local anesthetic to take out the implant and insert a smaller one in. Not sure if this is necessary because I really dont wanna go through surgery again.. thoughts?
I had a seroma on the left breast that was aspirated 3 times in the month after my op 2 years ago. Since then no problems except sensation has changed to more sensitive. Now since a few weeks the left breast has a burning sensation all the time. It is a little swollen compared to the right one but it has always been slightly bigger. I have Sebbin microtextured implants subglandular. Any known cases of ALCL with these implants? What could this pain be? Rupture?
Breast lift done 4 years ago. Breast augmentation (240 ccs round moderate) 3 days ago. Immediately after BA, noticed right areola very swollen and protruding resulting in breast looking cone like. Areola on left breast was removed during BA to place it more in center. Right areola was not removed. Both were very even on breast prior to BA (neither was protruding forward). I do not have edema. What could have caused this awful cone-like breast? Will the areola flatten out like before BA?
I had 400cc silicone subpectoral implants placed 5 years ago. 2 months ago, I had some itching at the incision site only on the right breast and thought it was an allergy to my bra. 3 days ago my fingers became red, itchy and painfully swollen whenever I touched something cold. Today, I had a dull ache in the lower right quadrant of my right breast that has progressed to a radiating, warm pain in the rib area, pec and up spread to my right arm, towards my jaw, and my back. Also swelling on side.
I am 8 days post op from a breast augmentation and donut lift. 7 days post op from hematoma drainage. My right breast feels tighter and harder at random times with some pain . I still have the drain in me so Im not sure if this is why. Although my right one feels more swollen the left one appears bigger. Judging from the picture, what are your thoughts? Thanks.
I am 5 2 height 105lb I had a 32A cup and I tried to get an implant of 325 CC I said I wanted a C cup the doctothen I gave picture of 350cc C cup and I told him that that was what I wanted to put in what would make me look like that like 350cc. I don't know if it's just swollen but he put in 445 CC is that too big?
I am getting married July 5th. If I get surgery on May 29th, is that enough time to heal? I don't want to look ridiculous in my dress because I'm still too swollen. I don't want anything too large, just a full B or small C cup. I am an A cup now. I already bought my dress, so getting it fitted appropriately is a big concern. I'm thinking it may be better to wait at this point, but I would love to have breasts and feel more confident at my wedding. Thanks in advance!
I'm 3 weeks post op and my right incision (in the crease) has been open for about the last week. I'm on two strong antibiotics and icing a lot, plus changing the gauze over it twice daily, but I still have discharge (yellow and red). That breast is swollen, but not red) but my PS said worst case I'd need to have the implant removed. He didn't tell me how likely that is. Are my odds 50/50? Better? Worse?
I am looking for advice please, i know it's difficult without examination but based on my photos does it appear like i could have had a seroma/hematoma after my breast aug? I was in excruciating pain straight after my surgery, i was very swollen but it decreased day 3, on day 5 the swelling returned badly but only on one side, both breasts very hot to touch and severe pain continued, bandages were removed on day 7 by a nurse but replaced as i had blistering, could this be a complication?
