My PS suggested I wear a breast band at my 1 week post op check as my right side breast isnt dropping as fast as my left. Im now 2.5 weeks post op and noticing my left one dropping perfectly and am very happy with where its at, however my right is still riding a little high. Im just worried that continuing to wear the band will make my right breast drop too low. Is that possible? Or, is there only a certain amount of dropping that can happen regardless or wearing the band?
Im 57, 128 lbs and was a very small A cup with little breast tissue and a small amount of sagging. I have a wide chest. I know not to get hung up on size, but I want to make sure I didnt go too small! After dropping will they look bigger?
Its been two weeks and two days after my BA. Under the muscle, inframammary, Natrelle SSX 580cc(R) and 545cc(L). My left incision (545cc) has a little dark red blood coming from it for the last two days. The steri strips are dark red and I have been putting gauze over. Feels a little irritated. Right one is perfectly fine and not bleeding. What could this be?
Going from A cup to 360cc, under muscle. 15 days post op. The tight sensation and pain on my chest is mostly gone and I can cook and lift things dependently. However, I just started getting very sharp twitch or spasm solely on more of the lower side of my left breast. It's quite painful and last for a few seconds each time. I keep pullin my bra down. 1) Is this normal? 2) Should I still continue my daily massages on top of it? 3) Pain is endurable but is this normal? 4) How long will this last?
Hi there! Im 24 in good health. I had a breast augmentation two weeks ago (july 3rd 2018). Everything went well, recovery is going great, though I still have some pain in my ribs. I noticed today some kind of strings under my skin when I lift my arm up high, right on my ribs where it Was wondering if its normal, some kind of inflammation of the tissue. Im joining pictures in which I circled the strings Im talking about. Thank you so much!
It's really hard to describe these fluttering (for lack of a better word) that I get-sometimes it's just my right breast, sometimes both. For the female plastic surgeons who've been pregnant, it reminds me of when the baby first moves, albeit ever so gently. Sometimes it feels like the implants are moving. Is this all normal? What else can I expect? Thanks! (PS had 2 week check with PS yesterday and forgot to ask this- he did say I'm healing great)
Im 12 days po from a submuscular BA with underboob incisions and still experiencing extreme pain under my right breast near the armpit/incision. At times I would call the pain excruciating. It hurts most when laying down which makes it very hard to sleep or move my right arm. Ive told my PS several times and he says everything is fine because there is no swelling/fever and tells me to take my pain meds. Is it normal to have this level of pain two weeks post op and to still be on narcotics??
