I had my first implants (750cc) placed in 2010. I had a lift with smaller implants (500&550cc) in 2017. Ive never had a problem. Ive recently lost almost 50 pounds and for the last few days, I have had mild pain/soreness in both breasts, upper chest and underarm area. I also noticed when I lean over to pick something up, it feels like the implant is rotating. They do not feel hard, but I can tell they have sagged a bit since losing the weight. They are silicone and under the muscle. TIA!
I had undergone a breast augmentation in Febuary of 2021. I have since noticed multiple aspects that visually are super unappealing. My left breast appears to have some sort of capsular contraction, when I flex the implant is completely visible and awkwardly shaped and even when Im not flexing sometimes is visible, the other breast is also awkward underneath and neither look anything like the other. I want to get them fixed but not sure where to begin or what to expect with cost.
I got 400cc medium high profile implants in Nov of last year. The surgeon is very well known and experienced. He told me the morning of the procedure that he needs to lower my crease. Got double bubble from the first day after surgery on. He told me to put tape under the boobs and wear the surgical bra, but the double bubble stayed the same. He said it was because of the pre boob job situation - but i shouldn't he have known/told me before? he said revision would be very difficult.
I had a breast augmentation in October 2023. Before surgery, I was a small 36C bra. I wanted to stay a C cup, add volume, have more round and perky breast and fix the asymmetry. My left breast is larger than my right breast. The doctor put in 440cc in each breast. I am D on the right side and DD on the left. I feel like these breast are too large and drooping. Will a breast lift correct the problem to make them smaller and asymmetrical or do I need to change the implant to a smaller size as well
Hi - i had bilateral implants removal, capsulectomy and dual plane breast re-augmentation with 450cc round textured, high profile mentor silicone implants and inverted t mastopexy And I absolutely hate my results. The operation was supposed to give me added volume, projection and cleavage and I have lost all 3. I previously had 390cc and 410cc round high profile implants - and the aim was a larger, perkier bust. What can be done?
70yo woman in good health. I had over the muscle saline implants replaced in 2000 going under the muscle. 475cc which is big for my build but looked very natural. Now, 24 yrs later, I have lost the expected volume, along with 10lb weight loss but implants remain soft and symmetrical. My worry: Do I have them replaced a final time, or risk failure when I am even older and then must have a procedure? Thank you
Looking for an overall volume increase but hoping to maintain my current natural look without feeling like I went too big. My doc has recd 485cc, this just seems too big. Ive read that most docs rec an increase of at least 100cc to see a difference, but Im feeling like 70cc is not insignificant and may achieve the change I want. I dont want to overcompensate and end up with large disproportionate boobs. My BWD is 13.75, the 485cc mod is 14cm making it wider than my BWD which worries me.
Hi dear doctors, thank you all for your valuable feedbacks. I was a full flat chested person, not even a cup. In 2021 i had 350cc round hp mentor brand under muscle replaced. I find them small given my body frame and length, and they are still high on my chest. I am now thinking 625cc round hp 14cm width implants. Is it good big for me or can I go even higher profile and wider? The doc will also bring the implants closer, make it dual plane for the implants to lower down a bit. Is it good?
Ive had one doctor tell me I have symmastia, and one doctor tell me I dont. When Im standing straight, there is a gap in the middle, but when I push my boobs together from the bottom the skin in the middle lifts. I have pushed one implant over towards my armpit, and the other implant over towards my midline to see if it crosses. My implants dont seem to funny cross, but go right up to my midline.
