I have already had two Brest augmentations I wanted the look of fake breast, perfectly round, perky, the stuck on look I showed these photos to my surgeon. He put 580ccs over the muscle high profile. I asked about a lift and was told I did not need one. To me they look like they are saggy and natural large breasts not at all like my inspiration photos. My second procedure was to correct the breast pockets because the implants were going into my armpit.

I need to downsize. currently have a 485cc, 4.8cm projection, and 13.6cm width. I want a 385c, 4.5 projection, and 12.5cm width. Would the breast pocket have to be manipulated at all? My implants are still on the higher side. Does the burning and sutures affect future implant exchange in the future?
Implant pocket was supposed to be dropped enough to match the other side. This is my 5th breast surgery in 12 years having to correct, exchange and everything else. I am so utterly heart broken. I havent gotten to enjoy my breasts, I havent been intimate, no beach no bathing suit. And after all this time, they still end up not right. The pocket is still sutured too high, making my breasts completely different sizes, one is very full and fluffed, the other is drooping and not low. What do I do ?
Updated: I had a breast augmentation revision last year after My right implant ruptured. The surgeon over dissected the pocket towards the midline / cleavage area and towards the armpit. Now I can see that one breast is clearly wider than the other and crosses the midline, so to take up more of the cleavage area. It just does not look symmetrical in shape. Whats the recommended technique to make the pocket smaller so that my breast is not crossing the midline? I dont want smaller implants, just symmetry,
20 year old saline implants Neopocket- would there be any issue w the old capsule later on? Infection? Or any possible issue at all? What are the pros and cons and which is the preferred method for less trauma and better longer term result?
I am 57 and had augmentation 12 years ago.(450/492 cc) I will be replacing them with smaller (go from DD to full C). My breasts were wide set, even before my surgery, and they are worse now. I believe I have waterfall deformity now (and maybe capsular contracture.....can you tell from pics)? Can a Dr reduce the pocket from only the outside, to get more cleavage and less side boob? I will also have a lift, if that changes anything.
I had naturally large breast that deflated after nursing my children. In 2017 I had a breast lift only. In Nov 2022 opted to have implants. After implant placement I had a lot of lateral displacement, in March 2023 I had the popcorn capsulerropathy procedure to tighten the pockets. It helped some. I still get this weird tugging of the medial lift scar that I am very self conscious about. When I push them up it goes away. would a larger implant,fuller on top help?
