Im interested in a revision mastopexy. Current implants are sub muscular 335, with natural tissue Im a 32j/k at 59 145. Pre kids I was 30f. Can I get a significant amount of tissue and current implants removed and go to larger implants, approx 800/1200cc to get the look I want and remain in the 30f range? Also wanting an internal bra, is over or under muscle best? I do workout, weights mostly.
I have spoken to a surgeon via email and discussed 925cc UHP silicone. I currently have 620cc UHP. I am 22, 5'5, 105 lbs. My implants don't look very large on me so I really want to get a bit bigger. I understand that I'll probably have to get another revison in 30 years, bit I really love how they look. I'm wondering what has been your experience with implants this size in your practice? Do they cause back pain? Is it possible to work out back it pain occur? Answers much appreciated!

I have had 2 boobs jobs my 1st one was from 32b - 32e 350cc implants under the muscle, second one 725cc in the same pocket, they have now gone very saggy and my nipple is far down. I am wondering if I get a bigger cc (850-900) over the muscle will it sort this out as I do like the faker look.
800 900 or 1000 help hi guys im sooo stresssed out ive got revision surgery next week im currently 635 silicone cc and im sooo unhappy with the size i feel really depressed i longed for bigger boobs and he ensured me i was going too get will 800 or 900 or even 1000 give me the full boobs i had before my uplift helppp i started at a 550 cc and they were huge but thats because the loose skin i had they were hanging on my belly not sure what too do and the surgeon really inst helping me with size
