Breast augmentation on April 4 2018. nurse removed Dermabond glue on 4/13 and cut some spitting sutures. But now I see on my right armpit a small opening? And yellow goo comes out of it ? Is it pus? Is it infected? On my left armpit theres a small circular opening maybe where a spitting suture was, and it also has yellow goo inside.. should I be worried? And how long does it take for the incision pain to leave? Thanks in advance (red arrows pointing to openings)
After massagingin the shower I came out and notice some pink yellow brownish colored fluid coming from my left breast. It seems to be fine while covered with a band aid but with out it the fluid keeps coming out non stop without I want to see my surgeon but I had my surgery in Miami and the place I went to was not at all professional it was more like a market then a doc office :( I am not sure what to do please help
I am post-op 5 days and i develop new symptoms of swelling, pain, feeling there is liquid moving underneath my skin near the incision area. Also a sudden feeling of unwell, fever, weak. On day 6, i monitor that the swelling is double size (in the picture). Day 7, my doctor asked me to do blood check and results seems there is no infection (picture attached) but i have a sudden anemia. Do you think i have Seroma based on my symptoms? Or other case? Is it the cause of my anemia? What should i do?
Im 2wks post op ba, and noticed one of my stitches on the beginning of the incision is poking through. All the rest have dissolved. I had my incision halfway around the nipple . The spot where the stitch is poking straight out has a small hole that has been leaking a bit of yellow fluid of water consistancy for 4-5 days. Wat shld i do Do i need to cut my trip short and fly home. No pain swelling or redness, but certain movements make it feel raw at the hole. My ps is on vaca for 6days:( hellp!
My right breast is doing great but my left is a little more painful, I'm 3/4 days post op I have a picture of my bruise from yesterday and today it looks lighter but bigger? Just making sure this is ok. The picture with the yellow hue around it is today
I had a BA on Jan. 25th 2018. I was doing so well and even started massages until my right incision started dripping out dark red blood at Week 2. I let my surgeon know and he told me it was in fact a hematoma, internal bleeding. Due to this, my surgeon took me back to the Operating Room and took out the implant, cleaned everything and took out excess blood and gave me a drain for my right breast. My color started at red but now has stayed at light pinkish/reddish and yellow. What does it mean?
I am officially 4 weeks PO today and woke up with some discomfort on my right breast incision site. Looking in the mirror I saw the end of the incision is red and weeping clear/yellowish fluid. I cleaned around the area with an antiseptic and put a bandaid over the area to keep it clean. I am very worried about infection. I plan on calling my PS but would like other opinions before I call in. Is this something serious? Should I be concerned and is this other things I can do to help this?
I just had a BA yesterday . 700ccs OF saline - I was a small b to start . I noticed some crazy bruising under my boob all in and around my incision . It's yellow and very dark purple .. honestly almost looks black. Most of all gross :( . I have no other symptoms besides the usual discomfort and pain . It appears to have gotten bigger and darker since prior and the yellow is also new . Should I be concerned ? I'm honestly freaking out
I have a breast augmentation surgery scheduled for tomorrow. About a week ago I fell on pavement and scraped my knee. There was/is an infection. My surgeon said if there is an active infection, he will likely not be able to proceed with a surgery. I formed a yellow scab over the wound. Pic attached. Will I be able to have a surgery tomorrow?
