I'm a flight attendant and will need to raise my arms above my head to close the overhead bins. I do run on a regular basis so feel I'm pretty 'in shape'. When can I expect to return to work and would it benefit me to wear a tight sports bra for the first few weeks as well? I've waited a long time for my boobs and don't want to mess things up. Thanks
I'm a nurse and I'm looking into a breast augmentation. How long will I have to take off after surgery or expect restrictions. What type of things will I not be able to do at work after surgery? I'm usually off a week at a time. Is that enough time to recovery enough to get back to work?
I am a dancer/pole dance instructor. My doctor offers a 24 hr recovery program. I am going to try my best to stick to it. My question is: how soon can I dance again (without pole)? And how soon can I pole dance again?
Hi! I'm a little stressed out that I get enough time to recover, if I have four weeks off work after surgery. My job is physical, but I have the opportunity to start work one shift a week after a month of recovery. I will avoid gym and jogging etc. of course but is it enough? The implants will be installed partially under the muscle and the size will be about 300-320cc. Thank you for answering!
Hello, Im 24 yo, 56, 120 pounds, good health, athletic. Im a labor and delivery nurse and Im getting a BA. I dont have that much lifting to do, beside babies (which very rarely weigh more than 10 pounds) and holding my patients leg when they are pushing. I took 8 days off work following my BA. It would be very difficult for me to take more time off than that. Do you think it will be enough? Can it damage my breasts? Thank you
I am a waitress so I am constantly walking & moving around. I work at a very fast pace restaurant where we do not get many breaks...My job also requires me to lift things such as trays, tubs full of dishes, ice buckets, & also I have to mop. I'm pretty sure I can get someone to help me out when I return to work so that I won't have to do all of that since I know it will be a while before I can lift. I was thinking maybe 5 days off...Would you recommend that or should I get more time off?
