Hello, Ive had my breast implants for almost two years ago. About a month ago I was exercising and I pulled my chest muscle doing a pull up. I felt a pulling sensation accompanied by a burning feeling throughout my chest and arm on my right side. Ever since then that side has been sensitive and my right breast feels a bit different like I can feel the implant on my chest wall beforehand I couldnt feel anything. My left breast actually feel regular like there is nothing there.
Im one week post op now and was told to not lift anything bigger than 5 pounds for the first month. During my first few days after surgery, the most I lifted was probably 8 pounds and I dont know if that is too much. I also only stayed in bed the first couple days, after that I started going on little walks but Im not sure if it was too soon for that. How likely am I to develop internal bleeding? There was a couple times I would feel a pulled muscle in my left boob but then the pain went away
Hi all I am 13 weeks post op and I believe I have pulled a muscle Im my left breast I have been having sharp pains and stiffness day and night the past 3 days. It feels almost like post op day 1-7. I will be seeing my dr on Tuesday but in the meantime what should I do?
If I lay flat on my back I feel like my muscle is pulling or like my muscle is stitched to my rib and it cant stretch. This only happens with my left side. It only happens when I move a certain way and basically use muscles around my left breast. I push where hurt, its not the incision that hurts, its something that is behind the incision on my rib cage or muscle or something. Told doc about this at 1 weeks and 3 weeks post.
I just fell going up my stairs because a bee was chasing me! I caught myself on the rail so my arm went up and caught all my weight and really pulled at the muscle I am in a lot of pain it hurts near my armpit the worse but my left breast also really hurts. I have not noticed any swelling. I tried calling my surgeon but they were busy. I'm afraid I have really messed up.
It's 25 day post-op breast augmentation under muscle & my rt breast has had pain, on and off for over the last week or so. The pain has recently moved to my back under my right shoulder blade. Today, in a quick reflex I picked up my 4 year old and sat her on my right hip, I quickly put her down when I felt the pain. Now I have more pain in my r breast and back then ever before,(even with taking Advil). Did I pull or strain my muscle in my breast or should I worry about capsular contracture?
