1st BA in 2014 (botched) revision done 2016 including repair of chest muscle and pockets. 2yrs had no issues at all now every few days my nipples are going dark purple to black and tingle like pins and needles. Pinching and rolling them gently a for a few mins they go back to normal but quite worried my surgeon works for another company now so cant contact please help. my gp has no clue and cant contact my surgeon.
I'm now 3 months post op and still have pins & needles sensations on my left breast, below the nipple so mainly around the incision line. I had 335cc HP, rounds and they were placed under the muscle. Could this be the nerves re generating? I would have thought it would have passed by now however I am no professional! It doesn't bother me too much but sometimes it feels numb & tingles when I touch, just as pins & needles would. Opinions appreciated :-)
13 weeks post op. At 2 months i had a fluid noise with sqeaking of the implant on movement. Was told the implant is moving in its pocket. Always in pain daily. Unable to wear a soft bra. Muscle spasms and pins and needles on a daily bases since 12 weeks. Also very restricted to certain physical lifting or activities still. When i have an active day. My left implant with rise high then drop again after a few days. It also goes from bigger to small every few days. Would my issues be medically necessary?
I am 3 days post op and I find that I am not bothered by pain as much as the sensations in my breasts. They are hard and pointy and feel foreign on my chest. I also have lost some sensation particularly on the lower poles which results in an uncomfortable pins and needles feeling or sometimes nothing at all. One also seems to be dropping faster as it appears lower and fuller. I am just wondering when I will start to feel like myself again?
I've got redness under my breasts and along scar lines. I only used pain pills the first few days and Advil if I needed since. My breasts feel super sensitive, even if I'm just wearing a light tshirt and it is rubbing across my breasts, it's very bothersome. I've been sitting and holding a pillow across my chest to avoid any type of friction at all. I'm hoping I don't have an infection as this whole process has gone so well, I'd hate a setback now. Thank you for you input.
I am a week from being 2 months post-op & my implants were placed under the muscle. I have been practicing hot yoga for about a week (stopped now though) due to feeling sore mainly in my left breast. I slightly kind of have the 'pins & needle' feeling all over again. In further detail, I do have scoliosis so yoga has been a part of my daily life even before getting implants so the poses were not all new to me. I, however, have not pushed myself to do anything I couldn't. Is this normal?
