I had my procedure a 1.5 years ago, silicone implants. I developed a lump in my L breast, Ive been having dull intermittent discomfort in that breast that goes away after a few sec, pain and tightness when i lay or apply pressure on the breast. It also feels denser than my R breast. I have none of these issues in my R. I got an U/S and the lump was normal tissue, iwent to my surgeon and he stated everything looks normal & lump/discomfort has nothing to do with implant. Any suggestions?
I'm 3 months post op and my right breast has become sore, smaller & lumpy. The left breast feels like one solid boob where the right feels like 2 separate pieces and a when I lay down the implant looks separated from my breast tissue. Also will my implants drop any more? They're still very high up and round.
BA scar on left breast. Both ends of the scar are red and lumpy. One has even developed a black head. The redness and lumpiness has not improved in 7 months. The middle of the scar has healed well. I believe the dissolvable stitch did not dissolve properly and is aggravating the skin. This should have resolved itself in 7 months no? Can it be injected with some type of medication? I want to return to using sunbeds, however I am only 4 weeks post op. I've heard sunbeds can really affect the healing and the appearance of your scars/incisions. How long would you suggest I wait to use them again? When I return I will be covering them up what's the best thing I can do/buy to protect them? would the UV rays get through a plaster and clothing? Also is it normal to have lumpy incisions please see my pictures. Thanks
I am about 5 1/2 weeks post op BL/BA 495cc below the muscle silicone implants. I noticed my right breast having discomfort and i can feel the implant constantly moving. I saw a small hole but I'm worried it might get bigger. I got the ok to start treating my scar and I'm using maderma. I did not notice this hole before so I'm worried some of the ointment might have gotten inside. There is not any discharge. Is it stitch coming through? I noticed my scar lines getting very lumpy. Is this normal?
I had periareolar breast augmentation 8 weeks ago. My incision site is heeling nicely outside but when I touch it I feel a deep and hard lump under my scar incision. I also noticed that when I bend forward my breast looks slightly misshape. It looks like half of my nipple sticking out more and incision site pointing inward. Is this lump going to resolve on its own? Should I start massage it to soften it? I can't see my PS because I am overseas for the next couple months. Please help with any advice.
Developed a rash on Night 4. Figured it was the steri strips. PS removed them on Day 6 & said to use hydrocortisone cream, wash 2x/day, keep dry. Didn't seem too concerned. In the 2 days since, the rash has gotten worse & spread. Also have clear discharge from my incisions (see photo - I change the pads 4x a day). Is it fungal? Or worse? My incisions seem VERY swollen & lumpy. Rash is ON incision & not just around it :( Antibiotics ended Day 7. Waiting to hear from PS but would like 2nd opinion!
