I have breast augmentation booked for end of April 2024. I am now worried that I have a large gap between my breasts and that it will look even bigger with implants. My surgeon mentioned the gap. He said that my toned pectoral muscles give the illusion of a smaller gap and that it will not be possible to create cleavage with implants. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Im currently 5.5 months post op I got 470cc in left breast and 445cc in my right . Previously a 34a/34b bra and currently a 34d. My concern is that my implants are still slightly firm and dont push together easily to make cleavage. I also dont have any upper fullness. Will this get better in time as they drop more? This is as big as I was allowed to go. Would I need bigger implants to achieve upper fullness and cleavage or do they bend to drop more? High profile silicone round
I had a breast reduction last year (28G to 28C cup) I am happy with the size but unhappy with the nipple placement. I cannot show any cleavage and the volume sits in the lower half of my breasts. When I wear tops I can't show any cleavage without the top of my areola peaking out. I am looking for options to increase cleavage and make my nipples appear lower if possible.
If an implant is placed Subpectoral there is a limit how far the implants can sit in the middle (for cleavage) according to the muscle itself. Now i was wondering if you place thes implants Subglandular will the implants has more space in the middle of the chest so it can create a more closer cleavage of the implants? See the picture i added! Will it be able to go as far until the sternum blocks the implants?
So I had an breast augmentation about less than 2 years ago. Now for the past 7+ months I have this dark line going down my cleavage. Also some very large bumps ( annoying & sometimes painful ) sporadically. Am I doing something to cause this? Or is it implant related?
I want to get a breast augmentation, but I've seen a lot of women get one and have a gap in the middle. I've also heard of people having to go back multiple times to get rid of the gap, which I think would make me reconsidering getting implants all together. Is it possible to avoid this and get cleavage after your first surgery?
I had a breast lift about 2 years ago. I lost 30 lbs and my breast are smaller than what I like. I also notice some saggy skin under my boob which is not noticeable unless I lift my arms. Here I'm hoping I won't need another breast lift. I definitely would like a more rounder shape and a cleavage but I do not want to go big, just enough to look better. My question is: will I need another Breast lift? or will implants would be able to solve or improve the saggy skin under my breast?
Interested in a breast augmentation and curious about the options- looking for upper pole fullness/cleavage as my breast tissue naturally sits low with broad shoulders. Would an implant work? Are there any other options if avoiding implants?
I'm almost 2 years out from BA, and I'm not sure why the skin between my implants looks like it's lifting up. When I wear a bra there's no cleavage at all and I have to push down on the skin to reach my chest bone. The skin between them feels tight. I got memory gel implants above the muscle 325cc. I went to my doctor that performed the surgery at about 1.5 years post-op and he said it's a good result, but I'm wondering if there's a way to fix the skin lifting?
