A few days after the surgery my nurse noticed some bruising at my sides. There were very visible dark marks on my skin (see pictures). Slowly one side began to become a bruise and then a scab and peeled off. The other side kept getting worse and became a deep wound. My surgeon says it was the compression garment pinching my skin. Its now a very deep wound so I'm hoping for advice on how to keep scarring to a min. As I'm sure there will be visible scar tissue
Previously posted pictures at 3weeks post op when i waa worried with the same area. Still having problems under my left breast.. Scar hss gotten thicker, still is redish pink, no scabs.. is it ok to start applying silicone sheets?
Almost 6 weeks ago I had breast augementation. 400cc textured, round, mentor silicone implants (high profile) were placed under the muscle. I naturally have wide breasts. When can I safely wear a push up bra to enhance cleavage? I understand that I would not wear it all the time. Does my picture look as though they are abnormally far apart?
This is my sendings BA as my first became exposed on the RHS. I am now just over 6 weeks post op and was completely pain free after 3 weeks. All of a sudden my RHS has started hurting if I take a deep breath or cough/laugh. I am worried something is going wrong again as it is the same side as last time and the pain has lasted about a week. The look and feel as they should. It is not unbearable and doesn't linger but is definatly there. Should I be concerned?
I am almost 6 weeks post op 415cc round smooth, silicone implants, under the muscle, underboob incision. I am very unhappy with my results because I feel my cleavage is too far apart now and looks like a wide chasm between my breasts. I can fit two fingers between. I never had an issue with wide Cleavage prior to surgery and Ive added my pre-op photo for comparison. Will the appearance of my Cleavage improve as my breasts continue to drop and fluff or will this remain stable?
It appears my left breast isn't dropping. Its soft and has moved down slightly. I can feel the implant by my crease however there seems to be a thick tissue that I can feel in the lower pole of my breast. Will it drop anymore honestly? Or should I just live with it
I had my Breast Augmentation six weeks ago ! I developed a hematoma on my right implant and had to get my right implant taken out and have the hematoma drained out then a new implant placed. Im really concern my right implant is still sitting really high and the bottom looks empty. While my left side is perfectly settled Im really sad and not happy. Do I need a revision surgery?
