Hello all. I am 30 years old, 53 and weigh 170 pounds. Is it possible to have rounded breasts instead of the pointy ones I have now? Prior to my 25 pound weight gain, I was almost completely flat with two large areolas as breasts. I dont care if my breasts are small, I want a nice shape. Will an areola reduction do the trick, breast augmentation, or is there truly no hope. The last two pics are of what to me are ideal shapes and would like to achieve. Is this doable or should I give up?
I am trying to decide on what size implants to go with. I am 6ft and currently 180lbs, bra size 36B. I am wanting to go with a moderate increase. However much of what I read implies that I will need a bigger implant to get much increase. Using sizers I'm considering between 400 and 500cc. What size an I likely to get? And is my size likely throwing off the sizers?
Okay 33 years old, I am 5'5 and 178 lbs. I've had three children and have breast fed all. I'm currently a 38 A/B but went up to a 42 C while breast feeding. Anyway, I'm having a mommy makeover done soon, and the implants a chose are 700 cc's. My questions are: will an implant this large bring me up to a DD? And if so, would my body be able to handle an implant so large? I have wide shoulders and wear a size 14 pant. Hips are 44 wide. Will this work for me?
31yo, 55, 178lb, boobs are saggy and 2 different sizes, left is like a 1/2 cup bigger. Always had small boobs until my 2 kids and weight gain. Recently lost 40lbs and maintaining but would like to lose a little more. What size is recommended for fullness and even breasts? I wear a 36C VS pink pushup but the right doesnt fill the cup. I hate the shape of them and sagginess. Would a lift also be needed? Fyi very bloated right now.
I am 36 years old weighing 170lbs and 510 tall. I have had 2 augmentations both with a mastopexy. It has been almost 9 years since my last surgery. I had 550 cc high profile mentor silicone under the muscle. I had hoped I would finally get some upper projection. NOPE! Ive never had my implants settle they just always come settled. The PS I consulted with recommends 800cc saline filled to 1000cc to get the look I want. No lift. He mentioned a 3rd lift is high for nipple necrosis.
No lift implant. I am 47, 56, 170#. My breasts are nice by most people's standards but I would like a little more fullness. I would prefer fewer scars as well. What are the chances I can get 350ish CCs and NOT end up with snoopy, waterfall breasts.
Hi there, I am 37 years old, 6 foot tall, 170 pounds. My breast size is a deflated 36B Very deflated. I had seen another surgeon who said that he would have to do two surgeries, a lift and then three months later augmentation. Found a new surgeon who says he does a new type of Lift where he plicates during implant surgery which will give a lift. Will I have waterfall or snoopy deformity? Im probably going 600cc. Pics of me now.
I have a breast aug in two weeks and am struggling with a few things. I am 511 and around 170 lbs with a large frame. I am currently a 34b and want to have large breasts. At the least a DD. I decided on 600-650cc which looks proportionate because I am so big. My dr wants to do a textured over because I want the bigger look and because I have breast tissue. I have reservations concerning this option because of the stigma around textured implants and the fact that no one really ever does overs.
So Im 38 5'11, 176lbs with 4 kids and have been wanting a breast augmentation for awhile. Im torn on wether or not I should do a lift. Im currently a 38 B. I am scheduled for surgery in January but I am on the fence as to size and if I should or shouldnt do a lift. My surgeon said he wouldnt do a lift because my measurements are right at borderline of me needing one. I would like more upper fullness though. Hello, I'm 5'9 185lbs wide chest & hips 38c would I have to see a ps specialist that does x large Implants? I'm going for BIG breasts with maybe a slight slope 800cc-900cc. I read a lot of ps dont like doing big Implants is this true? I feel as though women my height & size implants between 500cc- 650 tend to look average size. I have thick skin and a good amount of breast tissue my nipples are upturnt but most of the volume is at the bottom. I want saline behind the muscle.
