35F, 6' tall - I was wondering what is the best way to fix my butt after losing weight. It is very saggy at the bottom. I don't really like the thought of implants. It was always very flat but now it sags too.
Im 49 years old and 167lbs. Ive been wanting a BBL for several years because age has mad everything sag and flat. Also, Ive had children before and have draping skin in my abdomen. I fear fat embolism and blood clots. How safe is this procedure for a woman my age?
How, if possible can I get a lifted and more round shaped bottom while getting the sags and rumples out of the tops of my thighs? The inner thighs especially present a problem for me! I've had a 360 body lift, with lipo to flanks and back as well a Brest augmentation.
Fat was injected onto my butt to fill in a dimple. Instead of achieving the desired result the fat made my bottom saggy and grossly misshapen and like the bottom of a very old lady. I've waited over a year and the problem remains the same. I can't wear jeans bathers or dresses and most clothes anymore without looking terrible. Help me please, what can I do? I'm in Australia.
Hello does anyone have experience regarding which procedure would be best for a desirable outcome please? End goal is to reduce sagging of the lower buttock and lessen the extra gluteal creases & indentations in this particular area. I am open to any advice/options, i.e non-surgical/surgical but definitely not implants. Thank you
What bothers me about my body is my hip dips. They really show in leggings/tight dresses. It limits me on what I can wear and makes me very insecure. I posted a pic with leggings on too. What I am worried about is the fat eventually sagging down and giving me saddle bags leaving me with the dip and then a saddle bag. Can someone tell me if this is possible? He said he could take the fat from my love handles and put in my hips
I plan on losing about 20 more pounds. I have an extremely saggy belly, I know my belly and flanks will sag more after the bbl. In all honesty, would a bbl actually help me? My butt will be flatter after weight loss. Will having the bbl first also help with a better t tuck outcome? Or should I have a tummy tuck first? I'm afraid of more loose skin if ttuck first, then bbl. Can all that fat on my abdomen and flanks be used?
510 and 265 lbs. how bad is the pain associated with the stated procedures? If I wait until I am down to 200 lbs., will I have enough fat for bbl? For the next phase I would like to address my saggy breast. Should I be looking into a breast lift with augmentation? Breast are already quite large and would like to keep my current size. I also am looking into how to remove the dark marks on my back and blemishes on my legs.
